Claims (36)
- 일반식: (A1-XRX)Oㆍn〔(Fe1-yMy)2O3〕(원자 비율)(A는 Sr 및/또는 Ba이고, R은 Y를 포함하는 희토류 원소의 1종 또는 2종 이상으로 La를 반드시 포함하고, M은 Co, Mn, Ni 및 Zn으로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 최소한 1종이며, x, y및 n은 각각 하기 조건:0.01≤x≤0.4,0.005≤y≤0.04, 및5≤n≤6을 만족시키는 숫자이다.)에 의해 표시되는 기본 조성을 가지는 실질적으로 마그네트 플럼바이트형 결정 구조를 가지는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말이며, SiO2로 환산된 Si함유량 및 CaO로 환산된 Ca함유량의 합계가 0.2중량% 이하이고, Al2O3로 환산된 Al함유량 및 Cr2O3로 환산된 Cr함유량의 합계가 0.13중량%이하이며, 또한 평균 입경이 0.9 내지 2㎛인 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말을 제조하는 방법으로서, 가소에 의해 상기 기본 조성을 가지는 자기 등방성의 페라이트 조성물을 제조하여 미분쇄한 후, 대기중에서 750 내지 950℃의 온도로 0.5 내지 3시간 열처리하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 열처리후에 액중 침전을 수행하여 분괴하고, 이어서 건조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 산화철에 A원소를 포함하는 화합물, R원소를 포함하는 화합물 및 M원소를 포함하는 화합물을 혼합하여 가소함으로써 고상(solid Phase) 반응시켜, 상기 자기 등방성 페라이트 조성물을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서, 상기 산화철중의 Si함유량(SiO2로 환산) 및 Ca함유량 (CaO로 환산)의 합계가 0.06중량%이하이며, Al함유량(Al2O3로 환산) 및 Cr함유량(Cr2O3로 환산)의 합계가 0.1중량%이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 산화철로서 철강재의 염산 세정 폐액을 분무 로우스팅하여 얻어지는 산화철을 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미분쇄를 건식법 또는 슬러리 농도를 60중량% 이상으로 조정한 조건하에서의 습식법에 의해 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 미분쇄의 전에 조분쇄를 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자기 등방성 페라이트분을 상기 평균 입경까지 건식 분쇄하여 열처리한 후에 수중 침전을 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 제조 방법.

- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 R내의 상기 La의 백분율은 50원자%이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말.
- 제 23항에 있어서, 상기 R은 Nd, Pr, 및 Ce로 이루어지는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 원소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말의 평균 입경이 0.9 내지 2㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말.
- 제 22항에 있어서, 상기 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말은 2㎛ 이상의 평균 입경을 갖는 이방성 조립분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말.

- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 본드 자석용 페라이트 분말이 2㎛ 이상의 평균 입경을 갖는 이방성 조립분을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 본드 자석.
