Abstract
Description
도 2는 선택된 mTOR 저해제, JAK1/JAK2 저해제, 히스톤 탈아세틸화 효소 저해제 및 수산화 요소가 SET2 세포에서 mTOR 및 JAK/STAT 신호 전달에 대해 미치는 효과를 나타낸 것이다.
Claims (30)
- mTOR 저해제, 및 하기 화학식 I의 화합물 또는 이의 입체 이성질체, 토토머, 라세미체, 용매화물, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염을 포함하는, 골수 증식성 종양 (myeloproliferative neoplasm)의 치료가 필요한 개체에서 골수 증식성 종양을 치료하기 위한 약학적 조성물로서,
상기 mTOR 저해제가 에베롤리무스 (RAD001) 또는 2-(4-아미노-1-이소프로필-1H-피라졸로[3,4-d]피리미딘-3-일)-1H-인돌-5-올 (PP242)이고,
상기 화학식 I의 화합물이 (3R)-3-사이클로펜틸-3-[4-(7H-피롤로[2,3-d]피리미딘-4-일)-1H-피라졸-1-일]프로판나이트릴, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염인 약학적 조성물:

상기 식에서,
R1, R2 및 R3은 H, 할로, 및 C1-4 알킬로부터 독립적으로 선택되고;
Z는 C3-6 사이클로알킬이다.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골수 증식성 종양은 만성 골수성 백혈병 (CML), 진성 적혈구 증가증 (PV), 본태성 혈소판 증가증 (ET), 원발성 또는 특발성 골수 섬유증 (PMF), 만성 호중구성 백혈병, 만성 호산구성 백혈병, 만성 골수 단구성 백혈병, 소아 골수 단구성 백혈병, 과호산구성 증후군, 전신성 비만 세포증, 및 비정형 만성 골수성 백혈병으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 것인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 골수 증식성 종양은 원발성 골수 섬유증, 후-진성 적혈구 증가성 골수 섬유증 또는 후-본태성 혈소판 증가성 골수 섬유증인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 개체가 사람인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료는 상기 mTOR 저해제 및 화학식 I의 화합물을 실질적으로 동시에 투여하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 치료는 상기 mTOR 저해제 및 화학식 I의 화합물을 다른 시간에 투여하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 mTOR 저해제를 상기 개체에 투여한 후, 화학식 I의 화합물을 투여하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제12항에 있어서, 상기 화학식 I의 화합물을 상기 개체에 투여한 후, 상기 mTOR 저해제를 투여하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 mTOR 저해제 및 (3R)-3-사이클로펜틸-3-[4-(7H-피롤로[2,3-d]피리미딘-4-일)-1H-피라졸-1-일]프로판나이트릴, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염이 단일 제제 또는 단위 용량 형태인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 mTOR 저해제 및 (3R)-3-사이클로펜틸-3-[4-(7H-피롤로[2,3-d]피리미딘-4-일)-1H-피라졸-1-일]프로판나이트릴, 또는 이의 약학적으로 허용 가능한 염이 별개의 제제 또는 단위 용량 형태인 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 mTOR 저해제 및 화학식 I의 화합물 중 하나 또는 둘다가 단독으로 투여되는 경우에는 효과적이지 않으나, 상기 두 물질을 조합하는 경우에는 효과적인 용량으로 mTOR 저해제 및 화학식 I의 화합물을 투여하는 약학적 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, STAT5 인산화를 저해하는 약학적 조성물.
