Description
Claims (2)
- 입력 전압을 미리 결정된 정전압인 출력 전압으로 변환하는 전류 모드 제어형 스위칭 레귤레이터로서,스위칭 소자;상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭에 응답하여 상기 입력 전압에 의해 통전되는 인덕터;상기 인덕터를 방전하는 정류기 소자;상기 인덕터를 통하여 흐르는 전류에 응답하는 경사를 가지는 슬로프 전압을 생성하여 출력하도록 구성되는 슬로프 전압 생성 회로부를 구비하며,상기 전류 모드 제어형 스위칭 레귤레이터는 상기 출력 전압을 분압하여 얻어진 분압 전압과 미리 결정된 기준 전압 사이의 전압차를 증폭하고, 상기 증폭된 전압과 상기 슬로프 전압을 비교하여 상기 비교에 의해 결정된 듀티 사이클을 가지는 펄스 신호를 생성하고, 상기 펄스 신호에 응답하여 상기 스위칭 소자의 스위칭을 제어하도록 구성되며,상기 슬로프 전압 생성 회로부는, 상기 스위칭 소자가 온되어 상기 인덕터를 통전시키고 있을 때에 상기 인덕터를 통하여 흐르는 전류를 검출하여 그 검출된 전류를 전압으로 변환하는 인덕터 전류 검출 회로; 및 미리 결정된 경사를 가지는 램프 전압을 생성하여 출력하는 램프 전압 생성 회로를 포함하며, 상기 인덕터 전류 검출 회로에 의해 얻어진 전압과 상기 램프 전압을 가산하여 상기 슬로프 전압을 생성하도록 구성되며,상기 램프 전압 생성 회로는, 미리 결정된 정전류를 생성하여 출력하는 정전류 회로; 상기 정전류 회로에 의해 출력되는 정전류가 흐르는 오프셋 전압 생성용 저항; 및 상기 오프셋 전압 생성용 저항을 통해, 상기 정전류 회로에 의해 출력되는 상기 정전류에 의해 충전되는 램프 커패시터를 포함하며, 상기 램프 커패시터의 단자 전압에 상기 오프셋 전압 생성용 저항에 의해 야기된 전압 강하를 가산하여 상기 램프 전압을 생성 및 출력하도록 구성되고,상기 램프 전압 생성 회로는, 임피던스 변환기 회로를 더 포함하고,상기 임피던스 변환기 회로는 연산 증폭기 회로, 트랜지스터 및 저항을 포함하며,상기 연산 증폭기 회로와 상기 트랜지스터는 음성 피드백(negative feedback) 회로를 구성하고,상기 임피던스 변환기 회로는, 상기 램프 전압에 대하여 임피던스 변환을 수행하여 상기 램프 전압을 출력하도록 구성되는 것인, 전류 모드 제어형 스위칭 레귤레이터.
