Claims (15)
- 수평균 분자량 6000-135000g/mol, 분자량 분포 1.2-6.5 및 결정화 온도 범위는 15℃-105℃이고, 94-100% 몰비의 A 성분과 0-6% 몰비의 B 성분으로 구성되며;
상기 A 성분은 몰비가 0.35-1.6:1인 A1 성분과 A2 성분으로 구성되고;
상기 A1 성분은 20-100% 몰비의 A11 성분과 0-80% 몰비의 A12 성분으로 구성되며;
상기 A11 성분은 지방족 이염기산, 환형 지방족 이염기산, 지방족 이염기산의 에스테르화 유도체 및 환형 지방족 이염기산의 에스테르화 유도체 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물이고;
상기 A12 성분은 방향족 이염기산 또는 방향족 이염기산의 에스테르 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물이며;
상기 A2 성분은 80-99.9% 몰비의 A21 성분과 0.1-20% 몰비의 A22 성분 또는 상기 A2 성분은 100% 몰비의 A21 성분과 0% 몰비의 A22 성분으로 구성되고;
상기 A21 성분은 탄소 원자수가 C2-C8인 지방족 디올, 탄소 원자수가 C5-C16인 환형 지방족 디올 또는 다환형 지방족 디올, 지방족 폴리에테르 디올 및 히드록시 지방족 산 중 적어도 하나로 구성되며;
상기 A22 성분은 방향환 함유 디올, 방향환 함유 폴리에테르 디올 또는 탄소 원자수가 C8-C18인 방향환 함유 히드록시 유기산 중 적어도 하나로 구성되고;
상기 B 성분은 B1 성분, B2 성분 및 B3 성분 중 임의의 하나 또는 임의의 질량비의 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로 구성되며;
상기 B1 성분은 지방족 또는 방향족 폴리올 및 지방족 또는 방향족 다가산 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물이고;
상기 B2 성분은 이소시아네이트 화합물, 이소시아누레이트 환형 폴리올 또는 이소시아네이트 폴리에테르 폴리올 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되며;
상기 B3 성분은 카르보디이미드 화합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 A11 성분에서 상기 지방족 이염기산, 환형 지방족 이염기산, 지방족 이염기산의 에스테르화 유도체 또는 환형 지방족 이염기산의 에스테르화 유도체는 탄소 원자수가 C4-C18인 이염기산 또는 그의 에스테르이고, 특히 옥살산, 숙신산, 글루타르산, 아디프산, 아젤라인산, 세바신산, 트리데칸디오익산, 말레산, 1,1-시클로부탄 디카르복시산, 1,1-시클로헥산 디아세트산, 1,4-시클로헥산 디아세트산, 시클로헥산-1,2-무수 디카르복시산, 노르보난-2,3-디카르복시산 또는 아다만테인 디아세트산으로 이루어진 이염기산 또는 그의 에스테르 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 A21 성분에서 상기 지방족 디올은 글리콜, 1,2-프로판 디올,1,3-프로판 디올,1,2-부탄 디올, 1,4-부탄 디올, 1,5-펜탄 디올, 2,2-디메틸-1,3-프로판 디올, 2-에틸-2-t-부틸-1,3-프로판 디올 또는 2,2,4-트리메틸-1,6-헥산 디올 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되고, A21 성분에서 상기 환형 지방족 디올은 시클로펜탄 디올, 1,4-시클로헥산 디올, 1,2-시클로헥산 디메탄올, 1,3-시클로헥산 디메탄올, 1,4-시클로헥산 디메탄올 또는 이소소르비드 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 A21 성분에서 환형 지방족 디올은 이소소르비드 또는 그의 유도체인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
A21 성분에서 상기 지방족 폴리에테르 디올은 분자량 25-12000g/mol인 에틸렌 옥사이드의 이량체, 에틸렌 옥사이드의 삼량체, 폴리에틸렌 옥사이드, 폴리(테트라메틸렌 에테르글리콜) 또는 에틸렌 옥사이드-프로필렌 옥사이드 공중합체 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
A21 성분에서 상기 히드록시 지방족 산은 글리콜산, α-히드록시 프로피온산, β-말산, β-히드록시 부티르산, 히드록시 숙신산, 5-히드록시 펜탄산, 3-히드록시 헥산산, 5-히드록시 헥산산, 6-히드록시 헥산산, 7-히드록시 헵탄산, 3,5-디히드록시 헵탄산, 히드록시 옥탄산, 5-히드록시 데칸산, 5-히드록시 도데칸산, 9,10,16-트리히드록시 헥사데칸산, 3,4-디히드록시 신남산, p-히드록시 신남산, 아가리신산 또는 그의 중합체 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 A22 성분에서 상기 방향환 함유 히드록시 유기산은 o-히드록시 벤조산, p-히드록시 벤조산, 2,4-디히드록시 벤조산, 4-히드록시 프탈레이트 또는 그의 유도체, 무수 4-히드록시-o-프탈산 또는 상기 유기산의 중합체 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
상기 B1 성분에서 상기 폴리올 또는 다가산은 글리세린, 트리(히드록시메틸) 프로판, 솔비톨, 글루코오스, 글루코사이드, 펜타에리트리톨, 디펜타에리트리톨, 폴리에테르 트리올, 폴리에테르 테트라히드록시 알코올, 피로멜리트산, 피로멜리트산 2무수물, 트리메스산, 벤젠 트리카르복시산, 타르타르산, 시트르산, 무수 시트르산 또는 상기 화합물의 에스테르화 유도체 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
B2 성분에서 상기 이소시아네이트 화합물은 카르보디이미드로부터 변성된 디이소시아네이트 및 블로킹된 이소시아네이트 또는 디이소시아네이트의 이량체 또는 삼량체인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 청구항 11에 있어서,
상기 디이소시아네이트는 톨루엔 디이소시아네이트, 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트, m-크실릴렌 디이소시아네이트, 이소포론 디이소시아네이트, 헥사메틸렌 디이소시아네이트, 2,6-디이소시아네이트-메틸헥사노에이트, 메틸시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트, 2,2,4-트리메틸헥산 디이소시아네이트, 이소프로필리덴 바이(시클로헥산 디이소시아네이트-4), 유기 실리콘 디이소시아네이트 또는 카르보디이미드 함유 디페닐메탄 디이소시아네이트 중 임의의 하나 또는 두 종류 이상으로 이루어진 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 에스테르. - 청구항 1에 있어서,
B3 성분에서 상기 카르보디이미드 화합물은 카르보디이미드 단량체, 폴리카르보디이미드 또는 분자구조 중 1-30개의 카르보디이미드기를 함유하고 분자량이 40-30000g/mol인 두 종류 이상의 카르보디이미드 화합물의 임의의 비율의 혼합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 생분해성 폴리에스테르. - 에스테르화 단계, 에스테르 교환 단계 및 중축합 단계를 포함하고, B 성분 함량이 0이 아닐 때, B 성분을 임의의 반응단계 중에 첨가하거나 임의의 반응단계 전 또는 후에 첨가하여 생분해성 폴리에스테르를 제조하며, 상기 첨가된 B 성분은 한번에 전부 첨가하거나 여러번에 나누어 첨가하고, 상기 여러번에 나누어 첨가하는 것은 상이한 반응단계 전 또는 후 또는 상이한 반응단계 중에 여러번에 나누어 첨가하거나, 임의의 반응단계 전, 동안 또는 후에 여러번에 나누어 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 청구항 1의 생분해성 폴리에스테르의 제조방법.
