Claims (18)
- 부하장치와 전력을 수수 가능한 전원시스템에 있어서,충전 가능한 복수의 축전장치와,상기 전원시스템과 상기 부하장치와의 사이에서 전력을 수수하기 위한 전력선과,상기 복수의 축전장치에 대응하여 설치되고, 각각이 대응하는 축전장치와 상기 전력선과의 사이에서 전압 변환을 행하는 복수의 컨버터와,상기 복수의 컨버터를 제어하는 제어장치를 구비하고,상기 제어장치는,상기 복수의 축전장치로부터의 방전 전력의 분배율을 산출하는 제 1 연산 및 상기 복수의 축전장치에 대한 충전 전력의 분배율을 산출하는 제 2 연산 중 적어도 한쪽을 실행하는 분배율 산출부와,상기 전원시스템으로부터 상기 부하장치로의 급전시에 상기 방전 전력 분배율에 따라 상기 복수의 컨버터를 제어하는 제 1 제어 및 상기 부하장치로부터 상기 전원시스템으로의 급전시에 상기 충전 전력 분배율에 따라 상기 복수의 컨버터를 제어하는 제 2 제어 중 적어도 한쪽을 실행하는 컨버터 제어부를 포함하고,상기 제 1 연산에서는, 축전장치의 충전상태가 허용 방전 전력이 제한되는 충전상태에 도달하기까지의 축전장치의 잔존 전력량이 상기 복수의 축전장치 각각에 대하여 산출되고, 상기 복수의 축전장치 사이에서의 상기 잔존 전력량의 비율에 따라 상기 방전 전력 분배율이 산출되고,상기 제 2 연산에서는, 축전장치의 충전상태가 허용 충전 전력이 제한되는 충전상태에 도달하기까지의 축전장치의 충전 허용량이 상기 복수의 축전장치 각각에 대하여 산출되고, 상기 복수의 축전장치 사이에서의 상기 충전 허용량의 비율에 따라 상기 충전 전력 분배율이 산출되며,상기 허용 방전 전력은, 축전장치로부터 순간에 출력 가능한 전력의 최대값을 나타내고, 상기 허용 충전 전력은, 축전장치로 순간에 입력 가능한 전력의 최대값을 나타내는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제 1 연산에서는, 상기 복수의 축전장치 각각에 대하여, 현재의 충전상태를 나타내는 제 1 상태값으로부터 상기 허용 방전 전력의 제한이 시작되는 충전상태를 나타내는 제 2 상태값을 뺀 값과 대응하는 축전장치의 축전용량에 의거하여 상기 잔존 전력량이 산출되고,상기 제 2 연산에서는, 상기 복수의 축전장치 각각에 대하여, 상기 허용 충전 전력의 제한이 시작되는 충전상태를 나타내는 제 3 상태값으로부터 상기 제 1 상태값을 뺀 값과 대응하는 축전장치의 축전용량에 의거하여 상기 충전 허용량이 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 제어장치는, 상기 복수의 축전장치 사이에서 충전상태의 불균형을 시정하도록 상기 방전 전력 분배율 및 상기 충전 전력 분배율을 보정하는 보정부를 더포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 복수의 축전장치는, 제 1 및 제 2 축전장치로 이루어지고,상기 보정부는, 상기 제 1 및 상기 제 2 연산 중 적어도 한쪽을 실행할 때의 상기 제 1 축전장치의 충전상태를 나타내는 상태값과 상기 제 1 및 상기 제 2 연산 중 적어도 한쪽을 실행할 때의 상기 제 2 축전장치의 충전상태를 나타내는 상태값과의 차에 따라 상기 방전 전력 분배율 및 상기 충전 전력 분배율을 보정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 복수의 축전장치 중 적어도 하나는, 서로 병렬하여 대응하는 컨버터에 접속되는 복수의 축전부를 포함하고,상기 제 1 연산에서는, 상기 복수의 축전부를 포함하는 축전장치에 대해서는, 상기 복수의 축전부 각각의 잔존 전력량의 합이 그 축전장치의 잔존 전력량으로서 산출되고,상기 제 2 연산에서는, 상기 복수의 축전부를 포함하는 축전장치에 대해서는, 상기 복수의 축전부 각각의 충전 허용량의 합이 그 축전장치의 충전 허용량으로서 산출되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 복수의 축전부에 대응하여 설치되고, 대응하는 축전부와 상기 복수의 축전부를 포함하는 축전장치에 대응하는 컨버터와의 전기적인 접속/절리를 행하는 복수의 시스템 메인 릴레이를 더 구비하고,상기 컨버터 제어부는, 상기 복수의 축전부의 사용 변환을 실행함과 함께, 당해 전원 시스템이 기동될 때마다 제일 먼저 사용되는 축전부를 변환하도록, 상기 복수의 시스템 메인 릴레이의 동작을 또한 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 복수의 축전부는, 동시에 사용되는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 5항에 있어서,상기 컨버터 제어부는, 상기 부하장치의 요구전력이 상기 복수의 축전장치 각각의 허용 충방전 전력의 범위 내일 때, 상기 복수의 컨버터를 교체적으로 동작시켜, 잔여의 컨버터를 게이트 차단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전원시스템.
- 제 1항 내지 제 8항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 전원시스템과,상기 전원시스템으로부터 전력의 공급을 받아 차량의 구동력을 발생하는 구동력 발생부를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 차량.
