図7を参照して、縦軸に供給電力モニタ値(PM)が示され、横軸に制限前の電力指令値(CHPW0)が示されている。そして、充電ECU46は、領域AS内部に供給電力モニタ値PMと電力指令値CHPW0の組合せで示される座標が位置する場合には、充電器42がセーブモードで動作していると判断する。
実施の形態1では、電力指令値に対するフィードバック時の補正量を増加させないように制限することにより、セーブモードで充電器42が動作している際に電力指令値CHPWがどんどん増加してしまうことを防止した。
図11は、実施の形態2の処理により電力指令値の制限が行なわれた場合の動作波形図である。
実施の形態1、実施の形態2では、図1の充電ECU46が充電器42に出力する電力指令値CHPWを制限することにより、充電器42がセーブモードから通常モードに復帰する場合の不安定な挙動を防止した。実施の形態3では、実施の形態1、実施の形態2の制御に代えてまたはこれらと組合せて、与えられた電力指令値CHPWを充電器42側で制限して適用することにより、セーブモードから通常モードに復帰した際の不安定な動作を解消するものである。
実施の形態4では、充電器42が決定する充電電力が低下したときに、充電器42がセーブモードに移行したことによるものか、充電器42に故障が発生したことによるのかが充電ECU46で判別することが可能となるものである。
Claims (4)
- 車載の蓄電装置を充電する車両の充電システムであって、
前記蓄電装置を充電するために車両外部の電源から電力が供給されるように構成され、通常モードでは与えられる電力指令値に出力電力が一致するように動作可能であり、セーブモードでは前記電力指令値が制限値を超える場合には前記制限値に出力電力を制限する充電器と、
前記蓄電装置に供給される充電電力を検知する充電電力検知部と、
前記電力指令値を生成して前記充電器へ出力する充電制御装置とを備え、
前記充電制御装置は、前記充電電力検知部により検知された充電電力が目標値に一致するように、前記充電電力検知部により検知された充電電力に基づいて前記電力指令値を補償するフィードバック制御を実行すると共に、前記電力指令値と前記目標値が離れ過ぎないように前記電力指令値の増加を制限し、
前記充電器は、
前記充電器が過熱状態に至る恐れがあるというセーブ運転条件が成立しているか否かを検出するセンサと、
前記センサの出力に基づいて、前記セーブモードと前記通常モードの間で動作モードの変更を決定する制御部と、
前記制御部の制御の下で前記電源からの電力を制限して前記充電電力として前記蓄電装置に供給する電力制限部とを含み、
前記充電制御装置は、前記検知された充電電力が前記目標値付近から前記制限値付近に所定期間内に変化したことを検出した場合には、前記充電器の動作モードが前記通常モードから前記セーブモードに移行したと判断し、その後前記検知された充電電力が前記制限値付近から前記目標値付近に向けて増加開始したときに前記動作モードが前記セーブモードから前記通常モードに復帰したと認識し、
前記制御部は、前記セーブモードにおいては前記電力指令値が前記制限値より大きい場合には前記制限値を内部電力指令値として扱い前記電力制限部に充電電力の制限を行なわせ、前記セーブモードから前記通常モードへの復帰時において、前記内部電力指令値を前記電力指令値に一致させる際に前記内部電力指令値の増加の度合を制限する、車両の充電システム。 - 前記充電制御装置は、前記検知された充電電力が前記目標値付近から前記制限値付近に所定期間内に変化したことを検出した場合には、前記検知された充電電力が前記制限値付近である間は前記電力指令値を増加させないように制限する、請求項1に記載の車両の充電システム。
- 前記充電制御装置は、前記検知された充電電力が前記制限値付近であり、かつ前記電力指令値が前記検知された充電電力と第1しきい値以上離れている状態が第1期間継続したことを検出した場合には、前記充電器の動作モードが前記セーブモードであると判断し、
前記充電制御装置は、前記検知された充電電力が前記制限値付近でなく、かつ前記電力指令値が前記目標値から第2しきい値以上離れている状態が第2期間継続したことを検出した場合には、前記充電器に故障が発生したと判断する、請求項1または2に記載の車両の充電システム。 - 前記充電制御装置は、前記充電器の動作モードが前記セーブモードであると判断した場合には、前記電力指令値を前記目標値付近に戻し、前記充電器に故障が発生したと判断した場合には、前記電力指令値を零として充電を停止する、請求項3に記載の車両の充電システム。
