Claims (13)
- 발광장치로서,복수의 화소와; 각각의 화소는 발광 소자를 구비하고,보간 함수(F)를 기억하고 있는 기억 매체를 포함하고,상기 보간 함수(F)는 다음 식에서 두 세트의 데이터(P1, Q1) 및 (P2, Q2)를 대입하여 얻어지고:Q=F(P),전류값(Q1)과 전류값(Q2)은 다음 식을 이용하여 얻어지고:Q1=I1-I0, 및Q2=I2-I0,전류값(I0)은 상기 발광 소자가 발광하지 않을 때, 상기 발광 소자를 흐르는 전류값이고,전류값(I1)은 비디오 신호(P1)가 상기 화소에 입력될 때, 상기 발광 소자를 흐르는 전류값이고,전류값(I2)은 비디오 신호(P2)가 상기 화소에 입력될 때, 상기 발광 소자를 흐르는 전류값이며,상기 비디오 신호(P1)의 전위는 상기 비디오 신호(P2)의 전위와 다르고,상기 발광 장치는 전류값을 측정하기 위한 수단을 포함하지 않고,상기 식 Q=F(P)는, Q=A*(P-B)2, 스플라인 함수, 또는 베지에 함수로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 식이며, 여기에서 A, B는 상수인, 발광장치.
- 발광장치로서,복수의 화소와; 각각의 화소는 발광 소자와 상기 발광 소자에 전기적으로 접속되어 있는 박막 트랜지스터를 구비하고,보간 함수(F)를 기억하고 있는 기억 매체를 포함하고,상기 보간 함수(F)는 다음 식에서 두 세트의 데이터(P1, Q1) 및 (P2, Q2)를 대입하여 얻어지고:Q=F(P),전류값(Q1)과 전류값(Q2)은 다음 식을 이용하여 얻어지고:Q1=I1-I0, 및Q2=I2-I0,전류값(I0)은 상기 발광 소자가 발광하지 않을 때, 상기 발광 소자를 흐르는 전류값이고,전류값(I1)은 비디오 신호(P1)가 상기 화소에 입력될 때, 상기 발광 소자를 흐르는 전류값이고,전류값(I2)은 비디오 신호(P2)가 상기 화소에 입력될 때, 상기 발광 소자를 흐르는 전류값이며,상기 비디오 신호(P1)의 전위는 상기 비디오 신호(P2)의 전위와 다르고,상기 발광 장치는 전류값을 측정하기 위한 수단을 포함하지 않고,상기 식 Q=F(P)는, Q=A*(P-B)2, 스플라인 함수, 또는 베지에 함수로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 식이며, 여기에서 A, B는 상수인, 발광장치.
