Claims (43)
- 필름의 마주보는 엣지 부분들을 고정하면서 필름을 연신기 내에서 기계 방향을 따라 운반시키는 단계 및마주보는 엣지 부분들을 분기하는 실질적인 포물선 경로를 따라 이동시킴으로써 연신기 내에서 필름을 연신시켜 연신된 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 필름의 가공 방법.
- 상이한 중합체 조성물의 교대하는 층들을 포함하는 다층 필름을 형성하는 단계;다층 필름의 마주보는 엣지 부분들을 고정하면서 다층 필름을 연신기 내로 기계 방향을 따라 운반하는 단계; 및마주보는 엣지 부분들을 분기하는 실질적인 포물선 경로를 따라 이동시킴으로써 연신기 내에서 다층 필름을 연신시켜 다층 광학 필름을 형성하는 단계를 포함하는 광학 필름의 형성 방법.
- 필름의 마주보는 엣지 부분들을 고정하면서 필름을 연신기 내에서 기계 방향을 따라 운반시키는 단계; 및마주보는 엣지 부분들을 분기하는 비선형의 공통면 경로를 따라 이동시킴으로써 연신기 내에서 필름을 4를 초과하는 신장비로 연신시켜 연신된 필름을 형성하는 단계 {여기서, 필름의 연신 동안, 단축 특성 U의 크기의 최소값은 2.5의 TDDR을 달성한 후 최종 연신 부분에 걸쳐 0.7 이상이고, U는 연신 종료시에 1 미만이며, 여기서 U는 하기 식으로 정의된다U = (1/MDDR - 1)/(TDDR1/2 - 1)식에서, MDDR은 분기하는 경로의 분기각에 상응하는 기계 방향 신장비이고 TDDR은 분기하는 경로들 사이에서 측정된 횡방향 신장비이다.}를 포함하는 필름의 가공 방법.
