Claims (6)
- 필름의 대향 말단을 붙잡는 다수의 그립핑 요소; 및
다수의 그립핑 요소가 이동하는 대향 트랙
을 포함하는 장치로서,
상기 대향 트랙은, 트랙이 그립핑 요소에 의해 고정된 필름을 연신시키도록 일반적으로 확장되는 일차 연신 영역을 형성하고, 여기서 일차 연신 영역이
(i) 트랙을 기반으로 기계 방향 연신비 (MDDR) 및 횡방향 연신비 (TDDR)가 다음 관계
MDDR < (TDDR)-1/2
를 가지며 TDDR이 0.5 이상 증가되도록 구성되고 배열된 초기 연신 대역; 및
(ii) MDDR이 (TDDR)-1/2과 동일하고 TDDR이 0.5 이상 증가되도록 구성되고 배열된 후기 연신 대역을 포함하는,
필름을 연신시키는 장치. - 필름을 연신 영역으로 이송시키고;
필름의 대향 에지를 일반적으로 확장되는 경로를 따라서 이송시켜 필름을 연신시키는
것을 포함하며, 여기서 일반적으로 확장되는 경로가
(i) 그 경로를 기반으로 기계 방향 연신비 (MDDR) 및 횡방향 연신비 (TDDR)가 다음 관계
MDDR < (TDDR)-1/2
를 가지며 TDDR이 0.5 이상 증가되도록 구성되고 배열된 초기 연신 대역; 및
(ii) MDDR = (TDDR)-1/2이고 TDDR이 0.5 이상 증가되도록 구성되고 배열된 후기 연신 대역을 포함하도록 구성되고 배열된,
필름을 연신시키는 방법. - 필름을 연신 영역으로 이송시키고;
필름의 대향 에지를 일반적으로 확장되는 경로를 따라서 이송시킴으로써 필름의 횡방향 치수가 4배 넘게 증가되도록 필름을 연신시키는
것을 포함하며, 여기서 일반적으로 확장되는 경로가 연신 중에 경로를 기반으로 다음 관계
MDDR < (TDDR)-1/2
를 갖는 기계 방향 연신비 (MDDR) 및 횡방향 연신비 (TDDR)를 제공하도록 구성되고 배열된,
필름을 연신시키는 방법. - 필름을 연신 영역으로 이송시키고;
필름의 대향 에지를 일반적으로 확장되는 동일평면 경로를 따라서 이송시킴으로써 필름의 횡방향 치수가 2.5배 이상 증가되도록 필름을 연신시키는
것을 포함하며, 여기서 일반적으로 확장되는 경로가 연신 중에 경로를 기반으로 다음 관계
