Abstract
Description
(비교예 7):
수분-흡수성 수지 입자(C16-16A10) 100 질량부 및 폴리에틸렌 미세 입자 1.0 질량부를 함께 균일하게 혼합하여, 비교 수분-흡수제(D16-24A10)를 수득하였다. 생성된 비교 수분-흡수제(D16-24A10)는 또한 분말의 형상을 가졌다. 상기의 특성들을 측정한 결과를 표 1, 2 및 3에 나타낸다.
(비교예 8):
수분-흡수성 수지 입자(C15-15A10) 100 질량부 및 시퍼내트 D17(DEGUSSA Corporation으로부터 수득됨) 1.0 질량부를 함께 균일하게 혼합하여, 비교 수분-흡수제(D15-25A10)를 수득하였다. 생성된 비교 수분-흡수제(D15-25A10)는 또한 분말의 형상을 가졌다. 상기의 특성들을 측정한 결과를 표 1, 2 및 3에 나타낸다.
(비교예 9):
수분-흡수성 수지 입자(C16-16A10) 100 질량부 및 에어로실 R-972(DEGUSSA Corporation으로부터 수득된 친수성 비 결정성 실리카) 0.3 질량부를 함께 균일하게 혼합하여, 비교 수분-흡수제(D16-26A10)를 수득하였다. 생성된 비교 수분-흡수제(D16-26A10)는 또한 분말의 형상을 가졌다. 상기의 특성들을 측정한 결과를 표 1, 2 및 3에 나타낸다.
(비교예 10):
수분-흡수성 수지 입자(C4-5A10) 100 질량부 및 폴리에틸렌이민 P-1000(Nippon Shokubai Co., Ltd.로부터 수득됨) 1.5 질량부를 함께 균일하게 혼합하고, 이어서 생성 혼합물을 90 ℃에서 60 분 동안 건조시켰다. 이어서, 상기 건조된 혼합물을 600 ㎛의 메쉬 눈 크기를 갖는 체에 통과시켜, 비교 수분-흡수제(D4-27A10)를 수득하였다. 생성된 비교 수분-흡수제(D4-27A10)는 또한 분말의 형상을 가졌다. 상기의 특성들을 측정한 결과를 표 1, 2 및 3에 나타낸다.
(비교예 11):

(비교예 12):

Claims (8)
- 수분-흡수성 수지 입자(α) 및 액체 투과 촉진제(β)를 포함하는 미립자 수분-흡수제로,상기 수분-흡수성 수지 입자(α)가 아크릴산 및 그의 염들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 단량체의 가교 중합체의, 추가-표면-가교-처리된 불규칙적인 모양의 분쇄된 입자이고;상기 미립자 수분-흡수제가:234 내지 394 ㎛ 범위의 질량 평균 입자 직경, 0.25 내지 0.45 범위의 입자 직경 분포의 대수 표준 편차(σζ), 15 g/g 이상의 하중 부재 흡수능 및 15 질량% 이하의 수분-추출성 성분 함량; 및상기 수분-흡수성 수지 입자(α) 100 질량부 당 0.01 내지 5 질량부 범위의 액체 투과 촉진제(β) 함량을 갖으며; 추가로,0.90 질량% 생리 식염수에 대해 15 g/g 이상의 모세관 흡수능을 나타내는 수분-흡수제.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,수분-흡수제에 포함된 수분-흡수성 수지 입자(α)가 다공성 구조를 갖는 입자를 포함하는 것인 수분-흡수제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,100 내지 500 ㎛ 범위의 입자 직경을 갖는 입자를 수분-흡수제에 대해 80 질량% 이상의 양으로 포함하는 수분-흡수제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,80/20 내지 20/80 범위의 질량비 (300 ㎛ 이상의 입자 직경을 갖는 입자)/(300 ㎛ 미만의 입자 직경을 갖는 입자)를 갖는 수분-흡수제.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,0.69 질량% 생리 식염수에 대해 50 (10-7·㎤·s·g-1) 이상의 식염수 흐름 전도도를 나타내는 수분-흡수제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,하중 부재 흡수능이 29 g/g 미만인 수분-흡수제.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,액체 투과 촉진제 (β)가 수불용성 친수성 무기 미세 입자 및 수용성 다가 금속염들로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 하나 이상을 포함하는 것인 수분-흡수제.
