Claims (12)
- 유체출입 포트에 연통하는 실린더챔버가 형성된 실린더 본체와,상기 실린더 본체의 축선방향을 따라서 왕복운동하는 슬라이더와,상기 실린더챔버를 따라 미끄럼 운동이 자유롭게 배설되는 피스톤의 변위작용하에 상기의 슬라이더를 왕복운동시키는 실린더 기구와,상기 슬라이더를 상기 실린더 본체의 축선방향을 따라서 안내하는 가이드 기구와,상기 슬라이더의 변위량을 조정하는 변위량 조정기구를 포함하고,상기 슬라이더는 금속사출성형 또는 주조에 의하여 일체 형성되며,상기 변위량조정기구는 상기 실린더 본체와 상기 슬라이더와의 사이에 형성된 절결부(折缺部)에 면하여 상기 실린더 본체 또는 상기 슬라이더의 어느 한쪽에 고정되는 스톱퍼와, 상기 실린더 본체와 상기 슬라이더의 다른 어느 방향으로 진퇴가 자유롭게 설치된 제1조정볼트(adjust bolt)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 액츄에이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 스토퍼는 상기 실린더 본체의 상부면에 형성된 나사홀을 통해 나입되어 상기 실린더 본체에 고정되고, 상기 제1조정볼트는 상기 슬라이더의 일단에 형성된 나사홀에 나입되고 록너트에 의해 고정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 액츄에이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 변위량조정기구는, 상기 실린더 본체의 단면에 축선방향으로 고정되는 부착부재와, 상기 부착부재에 진퇴가 자유롭게 설치되는 제2조정볼트를 더 포함하고, 상기 제2조정볼트가 상기 슬라이더의 단면에 당접하는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 액츄에이터.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 절결부와 연통되는 관통홀이 상기 슬라이더의 상부면에 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 액츄에이터.

- 제 1항에 있어서,센서 부착 레일이 상기 실린더 본체의 축에 평행하게 놓여진 일측면에 착탈가능하게 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 액츄에이터.
- 제 10항에 있어서,배관용 블록이 상기 실린더 본체의 축에 평행하게 놓여진 타측면에 연결되는 것을 연결되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형 액츄에이터.
- 제 11항에 있어서,상기 배관용 블록에는 상기 실린더 본체의 축선방향으로부터 배관인출이 가능한 배관용 부재가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 선형액츄에이터.
