Claims (5)
- 다수개의 전기화학적 활성인 금속 원소들로 이루어진 전극 재료를 포함하며,상기 전극 재료는 100 나노미터 (1000 옹스트롬)보다 큰 것으로 측정되는 구역이 없는 혼합물 형태의 상기 원소들을 포함하는 미세구조를 포함하는 것인 전극 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전극 재료의 80 부피% 이상이 상기 혼합물의 형태로 존재하는 전극 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 10 나노미터 (100 옹스트롬)보다 큰 것으로 측정되는 구역이 없는 것인 전극 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 조성물이 리튬 전지에 혼입되었을 때, (i) 30회의 완전 충전-방전 사이클 동안 100 mAh/g 이상의 비용량 및 (ii) 상기 조성물로부터 100 mAh/g의 용량을 얻도록 사이클링되었을 때 30회의 완전 충전-방전 사이클 동안 99% 이상의 전기량 효율을 나타내는 전극 조성물.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 전기화학적 활성인 금속 원소들이 알루미늄, 규소, 주 석, 안티몬, 납, 게르마늄, 마그네슘, 아연, 카드뮴, 비스무스 및 인듐으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 것인 전극 조성물.
