Claims (20)
- 제올라이트 및 올리고머성 실리카를 포함하는 미소구 형태의 제올라이트성 촉매의 제조 방법으로서, 테트라알킬암모늄 히드록시드를 주형제로 함유하는 시약 혼합물을 자가 압력하에 열수 처리함에 의한 제올라이트의 합성으로부터 생성되고, 현탁액을 급속 건조시키고, 건조하여 생성된 생성물을 하소시키는 것으로 이루어진 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제올라이트가 MFI, MFI/MEL, MEL, BEA, MOR, FAU 및 FAU/EMT 구조를 갖는 제올라이트로부터 선택되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 급속 건조가 분무-건조기를 이용해 수행되는 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 하소가 400 내지 800℃ 의 온도에서 수행되는 방법.
