Abstract
Description
本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の電力制御方法及び電力制御システムについて説明する。また、本実施の形態では、本発明の一態様の電力制御方法を適用可能な移動体の一態様である自動車等の構成例について説明する。
図1に、本発明の一態様のシステム80のブロック図を示す。
以下では、本発明の一態様の電力制御システムの動作方法の例について説明する。
図2に、電力制御システムの動作方法に係るフローチャートを示す。以下の動作(制御)は主に制御部61により実行される。
図3に、処理SR01にかかるフローチャートを示す。処理SR01は、電力回生動作に係る処理である。以下の動作(制御)は主に制御部61により実行される。
以下では、上記電力回生動作1とは一部が異なる例について説明する。図5は、電力回生動作に係るフローチャートである。図5では、図3と比較して、ステップS13、ステップS14及びステップS15に代えて、ステップS23、ステップS24及びステップS25を有する点で相違している。
図7に、処理SR02にかかるフローチャートを示す処理SR02は、電力平滑動作に係る処理である。ここで電力平滑動作は、各バッテリのそれぞれの充電量の差を小さくする、または無くすための動作である。以下の動作(制御)は、主に制御部61により実行される。
本発明の一態様のシステムでは、回生電力は、モータ64aまたはモータ64bを回転させることにより生成することができる。このとき、ホイール10aまたはホイール10bに対して、その回転を止める方向に力が生じ、この力はブレーキとして機能する。
以下では、図1で例示したシステム80とは異なる構成を有するシステムの例について説明する。なお以下では、上記と重複する内容は説明を省略する場合がある。
図10に示すシステム80aは、図1で例示したシステム80と比較して、4つのホイール全てにモータ及びバッテリを有する点で相違している。
図11で例示するシステム80bは、図10における4つの電力制御部に代えて電力制御部72を有する。
図12に示すシステム80cは、図10における各ホイールに設けられたモータを、車体50側に配置した場合の例を示している。
図13に示すシステム80dは、図1で例示したシステム80に対して、モータ64a及びモータ64bを車体50に配置した点、及び各バッテリと接続される1つの電力制御部72を有する点で相違している。
図14に示すシステム80eは、車体50に設けられた一つのモータ64で2つのホイール(ホイール10a、ホイール10b)を駆動させる場合の例を示している。また、システム80eは、各バッテリと接続される1つの電力制御部72を有する。
図15に示すシステム80fは、図14で例示したシステム80eに加えて、内燃機関であるエンジン63を有する例を示している。システム80fに適用可能な自動車は、エンジンとモータの2つの動力によって走行することのできるハイブリッド自動車ということができる。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1で例示した電力伝送システム等に用いることのできるホイールの構成例、及び当該ホイールを取り付け可能な移動体(自動車等)について説明する。
[ホイールの構成例]
図16(A)に、本発明の一態様のホイール10の斜視概略図を示す。ホイール10は、リム部11、ディスク部12、バッテリ20、及びコネクタ21を有する。
以下では、本発明の一態様のホイール、及び当該ホイールを取り付けることのできる自動車の構成例について説明する。
以下では、上記適用例とは一部が異なる適用例について説明する。
実施の形態1で例示した電力制御システムや、実施の形態2で例示したホイールは、タイヤを用いる自動車に適用することができる。自動車は、移動体の一態様である。自動車としては、乗用車、トラック、バスのほか、土木作業車、クレーン車などの特殊車両も含まれる。また本発明の一態様のホイールは、四輪車のみでなく、一輪車、二輪車、三輪車または5以上のタイヤを備える自動車にも装着することができる。二輪車としては、バイクのように2つの車輪が車体の前後に取り付けられた構成としてもよいし、車体の側部に対向して2つのタイヤが設けられる構成としてもよい。または、自転車、電動自転車、電動アシスト自転車、飛行機用のタイヤ、ヘリコプター用のタイヤ、垂直離着陸機用のタイヤ、水陸両用車、戦車、などに適用することもできる。
以下では、本発明の一態様のバッテリ20に用いることのできる二次電池の構成例と、その作製方法例について、図面を参照して説明する。以下では、曲げることのできる二次電池の例について説明する。
図24は二次電池102の外観を示す斜視図である。図25(A)は、図24にA1−A2の一点鎖線で示した部位の断面図である。また、図25(B)は、図24にB1−B2の一点鎖線で示した部位の断面図である。
正極511は、正極集電体501と、正極集電体501上に形成された正極活物質層502などにより構成される。図25ではシート状(又は帯状)の正極集電体501の一方の面に正極活物質層502を有する正極511を1枚、両面に正極活物質層502を有する正極511を1枚有する例を示しているが、本発明の一態様はこれに限らない。正極集電体501の一方の面に正極活物質層502を有する正極511のみを用いてもよい。また両面に正極活物質層502を有する正極511のみを用いてもよい。両面に正極活物質層502を有する正極511を用いることで、二次電池102の容量を大きくすることができる。また3枚以上の正極511を有する二次電池102としてもよい。二次電池102が有する正極511を増やすと、二次電池102の容量を大きくすることができる。
負極515は、負極集電体505と、負極集電体505上に形成された負極活物質層506などにより構成される。図25ではシート状(又は帯状)の負極集電体505の一方の面に負極活物質層506を有する負極515を1枚、両面に負極活物質層506を有する負極515を1枚有する例を示しているが、本発明の一態様はこれに限らない。負極集電体505の一方の面に負極活物質層506を有する負極515のみを用いてもよい。この場合、負極集電体505の負極活物質層506を有さない面同士が接触するように配置すると、摩擦の少ない接触面を形成することができ、二次電池102を湾曲した際の応力を逃がしやすく好ましい。また負極集電体505の両面に負極活物質層506を有する負極515のみを用いてもよい。両面に負極活物質層506を有する負極515を用いることで、二次電池102の容量を大きくすることができる。また3枚以上の負極515を有する二次電池102としてもよい。二次電池102が有する負極515を増やすことで、二次電池102の容量を大きくすることができる。
セパレータ503を形成するための材料として、セルロースや、ポリプロピレン(PP)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリブテン、ナイロン、ポリエステル、ポリスルホン、ポリアクリロニトリル、ポリフッ化ビニリデン、テトラフルオロエチレン、ポリフェニレンサルファイド等の多孔性絶縁体を用いることができる。また、ガラス繊維等の不織布や、ガラス繊維と高分子繊維を複合した隔膜を用いてもよい。
電解液504は、電解質として、キャリアイオンが移動可能であり、且つキャリアイオンであるリチウムイオンを有する材料を用いる。電解質の代表例としては、LiPF6、LiClO4、LiAsF6、LiBF4、LiCF3SO3、Li(CF3SO2)2N、Li(C2F5SO2)2N、Li(SO2F)2N等のリチウム塩がある。これらの電解質は、一種を単独で用いてもよく、二種以上を任意の組み合わせ及び比率で用いてもよい。
二次電池の構造としては、様々な構造があるが、本実施の形態では、外装体507の形成にフィルムを用いる。なお、外装体507を形成するためのフィルムは金属フィルム(アルミニウム、ステンレス、ニッケル鋼など)、有機材料からなるプラスチックフィルム、有機材料(有機樹脂や繊維など)と無機材料(セラミックなど)とを含むハイブリッド材料フィルム、炭素含有無機フィルム(カーボンフィルム、グラファイトフィルムなど)から選ばれる単層フィルムまたはこれら複数からなる積層フィルムを用いる。金属フィルムは、エンボス加工を行いやすく、エンボス加工を行って凹部または凸部を形成すると外気に触れる外装体507の表面積が増大するため、放熱効果に優れている。
以下では、上記二次電池102の作製方法の一例について説明する。
まず、セパレータ503上に正極活物質層502が形成された正極511を配置する(図26(A)参照。)。なお図26(A)では、スリットを形成することにより蛇行形状となった正極集電体501の、両面に正極活物質層502を有する例を示す。
次に、負極515を用意する(図26(C)参照)。図26(C)では、スリットを形成することにより蛇行形状となった負極集電体505の、両面に負極活物質層506を有する例を示す。
次に、正極511および負極515を積み重ねる(図27(A)参照。)。本実施の形態では、正極511および負極515を2枚ずつ用いる例を示す。
外装体に用いるフィルム折り曲げ、重なり合った一辺を熱圧着により接合する。図27(B)に外装体507の一辺を熱圧着により接合した部位を、接合部507aとして示す。この外装体507で、正極511および負極515を覆う。
次に、正極リード521が有する封止層520および負極リード525を有する封止層520と重畳する外装体507の一辺を、同様に熱溶着する(図28(A))。その後、図28(A)に示す、外装体507の封止されていない辺507bから、電解液504を外装体507で覆われた領域に入れる。
二次電池102の変形例として、図29(A)に二次電池102を示す。図29(A)に示す二次電池102は、図24の二次電池102と比べて正極リード521と負極リード525の配置が異なる。具体的には、図24の二次電池102では正極リード521および負極リード525が外装体507の同じ辺に配置されているが、図29の二次電池102では正極リード521および負極リード525をそれぞれ外装体507の異なる辺に配置している。このように、本発明の一態様の二次電池は、リード電極を自由に配置することができるため、設計自由度が高い。よって、本発明の一態様の二次電池を用いた製品の設計自由度を高めることができる。また、本発明の一態様の二次電池を用いた製品の生産性を高めることができる。

Claims (19)
- 車体、第1のバッテリ、第2のバッテリ、及び制御部を有する移動体の電力制御システムであって、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリ及び前記第2のバッテリの充電状態を取得し、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリ及び前記第2のバッテリのそれぞれの残存容量の差が所定の値を超えているか否かを判定し、
前記制御部は、前記残存容量の差が前記所定の値を超えている場合に、当該残存容量を近づけるように、前記第1のバッテリと前記第2のバッテリの間で電力を伝送するように制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項1において、
前記制御部は、前記車体が静止状態または空走状態である場合に、
前記第1のバッテリと前記第2のバッテリの間で電力を伝送するように制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項1において、
電力制御部、制動制御部及びモータを有し、
前記制動制御部は、制動時に前記モータが発電するように前記モータを制御し、
前記モータは、前記電力制御部に発電した電力を伝送し、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリまたは前記第2のバッテリのいずれか一方に優先的に電力を供給するように、前記電力制御部を制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項1において、
電力制御部、制動制御部及びモータを有し、
前記制動制御部は、制動時に前記モータが発電するように前記モータを制御し、
前記モータは、前記電力制御部に発電した電力を伝送し、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリ及び前記第2のバッテリの充電状態を取得し、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリ及び前記第2のバッテリのうち、残存容量が少ないほうに、前記電力を供給するように、前記電力制御部を制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 車体、ホイール、第1のバッテリ、第2のバッテリ、及び制御部を有する自動車の電力制御システムであって、
前記第1のバッテリは、前記ホイールに搭載され、
前記第2のバッテリは、前記車体に搭載され、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリ及び前記第2のバッテリの充電状態を取得し、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリ及び前記第2のバッテリのそれぞれの残存容量の差が所定の値を超えているか否かを判定し、
前記制御部は、前記残存容量の差が前記所定の値を超えている場合に、当該残存容量を近づけるように、前記第1のバッテリと前記第2のバッテリの間で電力を伝送するように制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項5において、
前記制御部は、前記車体が静止状態または空走状態である場合に、
前記第1のバッテリと前記第2のバッテリの間で電力を伝送するように制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項5において、
電力制御部、制動制御部及びモータを有し、
前記制動制御部は、制動時に前記モータが発電するように前記モータを制御し、
前記モータは、前記電力制御部に発電した電力を伝送し、
前記制御部は、前記第1のバッテリに優先的に電力を供給するように、前記電力制御部を制御する、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項7において、
前記電力制御部に代えて、第1の電力制御部及び第2の電力制御部を有し、
前記第1の電力制御部は、前記第1のバッテリの充放電を制御する機能を有し、
前記第2の電力制御部は、前記第2のバッテリの充放電を制御する機能を有し、
前記第1の電力制御部と前記第2の電力制御部とは、互いに電力を伝送するように接続されている、
電力制御システム。 - 請求項4または請求項7において、
前記モータは、前記ホイールに搭載された、
電力制御システム。 - リム部と、ディスク部と、バッテリと、を備えるホイールであって、
前記バッテリは、前記リム部の内部、または前記リム部の表面に沿って設けられる、
ホイール。 - 請求項10において、
前記ホイールは、さらに、第1の電力伝送機構を有し、
前記第1の電力伝送機構は、前記ディスク部に設けられ、且つ、前記バッテリと電気的に接続されている、
ホイール。 - 請求項10において、
前記バッテリは、フィルムで封止された二次電池であり、且つ帯状の形状を有し、且つ、前記リム部の円筒部に沿って、巻かれた状態に設けられた、
ホイール。 - 請求項12において、
前記バッテリは、前記リム部の円筒部に沿って、1周よりも多く巻かれた状態に設けられた、
ホイール。 - 請求項10において、
複数の前記バッテリを有し、
前記バッテリは、円筒形、または柱状の形状を有する、
ホイール。 - 請求項11において、
前記第1の電力伝送機構は、接点を有するコネクタである、
ホイール。 - 請求項11において、
前記第1の電力伝送機構は、無線により電力の送受信を行う機能を有する、
ホイール。 - 請求項11のホイールを取り付けることのできる移動体であって、
電力制御部と、第2の電力伝送機構と、を有し、
前記第2の電力伝送機構は、前記第1の電力伝送機構と電気的に接続する機能を有し、
前記電力制御部は、前記第2の電力伝送機構及び前記第1の電力伝送機構を介して、前記バッテリの充放電を制御する機能を有する、
移動体。 - 請求項15に記載のホイールを取り付けることのできる移動体であって、
電力制御部と、第2の電力伝送機構と、を有し、
前記第2の電力伝送機構は、前記第1の電力伝送機構と電気的に接続する機能を有し、
前記電力制御部は、前記第2の電力伝送機構及び前記第1の電力伝送機構を介して、前記バッテリの充放電を制御する機能を有し、
前記第2の電力伝送機構は、回転しても前記第1の電力伝送機構との電気的な接続を保つ機能を有するコネクタである、
移動体。 - 請求項16に記載のホイールを取り付けることのできる移動体であって、
電力制御部と、第2の電力伝送機構と、を有し、
前記第2の電力伝送機構は、前記第1の電力伝送機構と電気的に接続する機能を有し、
前記電力制御部は、前記第2の電力伝送機構及び前記第1の電力伝送機構を介して、前記バッテリの充放電を制御する機能を有し、
前記第2の電力伝送機構は、無線により電力の送受信を行う機能を有する、
移動体。
