Description
本実施の形態では、図1、図2、図3、図4、及び図5を用いて、本発明の一態様に係る二次電池用電極及び二次電池の製造方法について説明する。
本実施の形態では、蛇行部を有する集電体を用いて二次電池を作製する例を以下に示す。
本実施の形態では、実施の形態1または実施の形態2を用いて得られるリチウムイオン二次電池を組み込んだ電子機器の一例を示す。

正極活物質を部分的に除去した二次電池は、以下のように作製した。
正極活物質を除去しなかった二次電池は、レーザ光照射の工程で、蛇行部の幅の狭い箇所の正極活物質層を除去しなかったこと以外は、正極活物質除去サンプルと同様に作製した。
正極活物質除去サンプルと、除去処理なしサンプルを同じ条件で充電した。充電条件は、4.1V、レート0.3C、CCCV、終止電流0.01Cとした。また充電は25℃にて行った。
充電後の、正極活物質除去サンプルの正極集電体の写真を図12(A)、負極集電体の写真を図12(B)に示す。図12(A)の丸で囲った部分が、正極活物質が除去された、蛇行部の幅の狭い箇所である。図12(B)の丸で囲った部分は、正極集電体の蛇行部の幅の狭い箇所と重畳していた部分である。

前記第1の部分は、前記複数の活物質層のうち隣り合う第1の活物質層と第2の活物質層との間の領域と重なり、
前記第2の部分は、前記第1の活物質層と重なる、二次電池。
