Claims (1)
- 【特許請求の範囲】 1.セラミック部品と銅部品との間に気密ろう接合部を作るため、先ずセラミッ ク部品がろう接合部の領域において金属化され、その後銅部品がセラミック部品 上に載置されてこのセラミック部品に銅−銀共晶から成るろう材料によって熱処 理により結合される方法において、銅部品(10、13.、15)は熱処理前に 、ろう接合部個所の領域および本来のろう接合部個所に接する表面領域に、電気 的に銀膜(20)が設けられることを特徴とする気密ろう接合部の作成方法。 2.銅製の容器部品を有する気密容器を備えたユニットを製造する際に、銀膜( 20)が、銅部品(10、13、15)のさらに他の金属部品(6、16、17 )にろう付けされる領域にも設けられ、銅部品と金属部品とのろう付けは銅部品 とセラミック部品(11、14)とのろう付けと同時に行われることを特徴とす る請求項1に記載の方法の適用。
