Abstract
세라믹 부품과 구리 부품 사이의 진공 밀봉방식 납땜 조인트를 만드는데 있어 납땜 공정을 간소화하기 위해, 맨먼저 은층(20)이 구리 부품(10, 13, 15)상에 갈바닉적으로 제공되어 그 아래놓인 구리부품의 표면층과 함께 납땜재료를 형성한다. 납땜에 필요한 열처리시 금속부품(6, 16, 17)이 동일한 방식으로 구리부품, 예컨대 진공 스위칭 튜브의 벨로우즈(12) 또는 스크린(16)에 납땜될 수 있다.

Claims (2)
- 먼저 세라믹 부품의 납땜장소에 금속층이 제공된 다음, 구리 부품이 세라믹 부품 위에 놓이고 열처리에 의한 구리―은―공정합금으로된 납땜재료에 의해 세라믹 부품에 결합되는 방식으로 이루어지는, 세라믹 부품과 구리 부품 사이의 기밀방식 납땜 방법에 있어서, 열처리 전에 구리 부품(10, 13, 15)의 납땜 조인트 장소의 영역에 그리고 고유의 납땜 조인트 장소에 인접한 표면영역에 은층(20)이 갈바닉적으로 제공되는 것을 특징으로 하는 기밀방식 납땜 방법.
- 구리 부품(10, 13, 15)이 부가로 다른 금속 부품(6, 16, 17)과 납땜되는 구리부품의 영역에도 은층(20)이 제공되고, 금속 부품과 구리 부품의 납땜이 세라믹 부품(11, 14)과 구리 부품의 납땜과 동시에 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 구리로 된 하우징 부품을 포함하는 진공 밀봉방식 하우징을 갖춘 부품을 제조하기 위한 제1항에 따른 방법의 용도.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
