Description
吸入圧力の吸入流体が供給される吸入流体供給室および制御圧力の制御流体が供給される制御流体供給室が形成されたバルブハウジングと、
ソレノイドにより軸方向に駆動されるCS弁体および前記制御流体供給室と前記吸入流体供給室との連通路に設けられ前記CS弁体が接離可能なCS弁座により構成されるCS弁と、
前記制御流体供給室内に密封状に配置され、前記CS弁体を前記ソレノイドによる駆動方向とは反対方向に付勢する圧力駆動部と、を備え、
前記圧力駆動部の一方側には前記制御流体が導入されており他方側には前記吸入流体が導入されている。
これによれば、圧力駆動部の一方側である外側に制御流体が作用し、他方側である内側に吸入圧力が作用する構造であるため、吸入流体の吸入圧力と制御流体の制御圧力との差圧によりCS弁の開度を調整することができるので、目標の制御圧力Pcに高い精度で調整でき、急激な出力変動に対しても応答性が高く、容量可変型圧縮器を迅速に目標の制御圧力Pcに制御できる。
これによれば、ソレノイドの駆動時において、制御圧力が圧力駆動部をその駆動方向に抗する方向に作用するので、例えば圧縮型の圧力駆動部にあっては収縮させる方向に作用するので、制御圧力により吸入圧力を確実に緩和できる。
これによれば、供給ポートから吸入流体が軸方向に供給されるので、圧力駆動部に対して吸入流体の吸入圧力を伝えやすい。
これによれば、ソレノイドの非駆動時に弁体と圧力駆動部とが非接触状態であるため、ソレノイド駆動時には弁体をスムーズに動作させることができるとともに、弁体と圧力駆動部とが非接触状態時には復帰バネにより制振性を確保できる。
これによれば、圧力駆動部にCS弁体が接触した状態では、復帰バネよりもバネ定数の高いバネの付勢力がCS弁体に支配的に作用するので、ソレノイドへの印加電流の制御幅を大きくしてCS弁の開度調整を細かに行うことができる。

Claims (5)
- 吸入圧力の吸入流体が常時供給される吸入流体供給室および制御圧力の制御流体が常時供給される制御流体供給室が形成されたバルブハウジングと、
ソレノイドにより軸方向に駆動されるCS弁体および前記制御流体供給室と前記吸入流体供給室との連通路に設けられ前記CS弁体が接離可能なCS弁座により構成されるCS弁と、
前記制御流体供給室内に密封状に配置され、前記CS弁体を前記ソレノイドによる駆動方向とは反対方向に付勢する圧力駆動部と、を備え、
前記圧力駆動部は、軸方向に伸縮可能な感圧体からなり、
前記感圧体の内周面には吸入流体の吸入圧力が常時作用し、該感圧体の外周面には前記制御流体の制御圧力が常時作用し、前記制御圧力と吸入圧力との差圧により前記CS弁の開度を調整する容量制御弁。 - 前記圧力駆動部の有効受圧面積が前記CS弁座の弁口の面積よりも大きい請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記感圧体を保持する保持部材を備え、前記保持部材には、前記感圧体の内部に連通する前記吸入流体の供給ポートが軸方向を向いて形成されている請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記CS弁体を前記ソレノイドの駆動方向とは反対方向に付勢する復帰バネを前記感圧体とは別に備え、前記ソレノイドの非駆動時には、前記CS弁体と前記感圧体とが非接触状態となっている請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記感圧体は、前記CS弁体を前記ソレノイドの駆動方向とは反対方向に付勢するバネを備え、前記バネは前記復帰バネよりもバネ定数が高い請求項4に記載の容量制御弁。
