Description
吸入圧力の吸入流体が通過する吸入ポートおよび制御圧力の制御流体が通過する制御ポートが形成されたバルブハウジングと、
ソレノイドにより駆動される弁体と、
前記弁体を前記ソレノイドによる駆動方向と反対方向に付勢するスプリングと、
CS弁座と前記弁体とにより構成され前記弁体の移動により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとの連通を開閉するCS弁と、を備え、
前記CS弁の開閉により制御圧力の制御を行う。
これによれば、CS弁を開閉して制御圧力の制御流体を吸入室に供給して制御室の制御圧力を低下させるPc-Ps制御としているので、言い換えると圧力の高い吐出圧力の吐出流体を制御していないので、ソレノイドの電磁力とスプリングの付勢力とのバランスにより調整されるCS弁の弁開度により制御圧力Pcを細かく変化させることができる。加えて、感圧体によりCS弁の弁開度を調整する必要がなくなるため、部品点数が少なく小型化された容量制御弁を提供できる。
これによれば、バルブハウジングのガイド孔に弁体が案内されることにより、弁体のストローク精度を高めることができる。

これによれば、CS弁の開放時において流体の流れに乱れが生じ難くなり、弁体を安定して動作させることができる。

これによれば、非通電時において弁体を開弁方向に移動させることにより制御圧力と吸入圧力を一致させやすく、かつ最大通電状態から通常制御に瞬時に復帰させることができる。
これによれば、弁体のCS弁座に当接する側とは反対側の背面側にも制御流体が導入されることとなり、弁体に対して両端から制御圧力を作用させることにより、弁体に作用する制御圧力の影響力を小さくすることができる。

Claims (8)
- 吸入圧力の吸入流体が通過する吸入ポートおよび制御圧力の制御流体が通過する制御ポートが形成されたバルブハウジングと、
ソレノイドにより駆動される弁体と、
前記弁体を前記ソレノイドによる駆動方向と反対方向に付勢するスプリングと、
CS弁座と前記弁体とにより構成され前記弁体の移動により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとの連通を開閉するCS弁と、を備え、
前記CS弁の開閉により制御圧力の制御を行い、
前記弁体は、断面一定の柱状体である容量制御弁。 - 吸入圧力の吸入流体が通過する吸入ポートおよび制御圧力の制御流体が通過する制御ポートが形成されたバルブハウジングと、
ソレノイドにより駆動される弁体と、
前記弁体を前記ソレノイドによる駆動方向と反対方向に付勢するスプリングと、
CS弁座と前記弁体とにより構成され前記弁体の移動により前記制御ポートと前記吸入ポートとの連通を開閉するCS弁と、を備え、
前記CS弁の開閉により制御圧力の制御を行い、
前記弁体は、その背面側に制御流体が導入される容量制御弁。 - 前記弁体は、その一端側に前記制御ポートからの制御流体が導入され、他端側に前記バルブハウジングに形成される供給路を介して前記制御ポートからの制御流体が導入される請求項2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、その一端側に前記制御ポートからの制御流体が導入され、他端側に当該弁体に形成される供給路を介して前記制御ポートからの制御流体が導入される請求項2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記バルブハウジングには、前記CS弁座と、前記弁体が挿通されるガイド孔が形成されている請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記バルブハウジングには、前記CS弁座と前記ガイド孔とが一体に形成されている請求項5に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記ソレノイドのコイルに貫通配置されるロッドを兼ねる請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記弁体は、前記スプリングにより前記CS弁の開弁方向に付勢されている請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
