Description
バルブハウジングと、前記バルブハウジングに挿通され、主弁座と接離する主弁部を有しソレノイドの駆動力により吸入圧の吸入流体が通過する吸入ポートと制御圧の制御流体が通過する制御ポートとの連通を開閉する主弁体と、周囲の流体圧に応じて前記主弁体に開方向への付勢力を付与する感圧体と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記感圧体の周囲には、前記制御ポートから流体が供給されるとともに、前記主弁体の背圧側には、前記吸入ポートから流体が供給されることを特徴としている。
この特徴によれば、主弁を閉塞する通常制御時に、主弁座に対して主弁体の主弁部が着座した状態で、主弁体が挿通されるバルブハウジングの内周と主弁体の外周との隙間部には吸入ポートから流体が供給されるため、制御ポート側から吸入ポート側への流体の漏れが少なく、容量制御弁による制御圧力の制御域を広くすることができる。
これによれば、主弁体の背圧側には、バルブハウジングの内周と主弁体の外周との隙間部を通って吸入ポートから流体が供給されるため、容量制御弁の構造を単純化できる。
これによれば、吸入圧力が高い場合には周囲の流体圧により感圧体が収縮し、感圧弁が開放することにより、主弁体および感圧弁体の中空の孔から主弁体の背圧側に制御圧力を迅速にリリースできる。
これによれば、主弁体の軸方向に吸入圧力が作用するとともに、制御圧力によって主弁体に対して軸方向に作用する力が略キャンセルされるため、容量制御弁の制御精度が良い。
これによれば、バルブハウジングの内周と主弁体の外周との隙間部の流路断面積を広くすることができるとともに、感圧弁が開放することにより、主弁体および感圧弁体の中空の孔から主弁体の貫通孔を通して主弁体の背圧側に制御圧力を迅速にリリースできる。

Claims (4)
- バルブハウジングと、前記バルブハウジングに挿通され、主弁座と接離する主弁部を有しソレノイドの駆動力により吸入ポートと制御ポートとの連通を開閉する主弁体と、周囲の流体圧に応じて前記主弁体に開方向への付勢力を付与する感圧体と、を備える容量制御弁であって、
前記感圧体の周囲には、前記制御ポートから流体が供給されるとともに、前記主弁体の背圧側には、前記吸入ポートから流体が供給され、
前記主弁体には、前記感圧体の感圧弁座に着座する感圧弁体が設けられており、前記主弁体および前記感圧弁体は軸方向に中空に形成され、前記主弁体の背圧側に連通していることを特徴とする容量制御弁。 - 前記主弁体の背圧側には、前記バルブハウジングの内周と前記主弁体の外周との隙間部を通って前記吸入ポートから流体が供給される請求項1に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記感圧体には、前記感圧弁座よりも内径側に前記主弁体の中空の孔よりも大径の凹部が形成されている請求項1または2に記載の容量制御弁。
- 前記主弁体は、筒状であって、その一端に前記感圧弁体が接続固定され、その他端にロッドが接続固定されており、かつ該ロッドよりも前記感圧弁体側に径方向に延びる貫通孔が形成されている請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の容量制御弁。
