詳細には、灰排出スクリュー71は、
1)バーナーセクション714すなわちバーナー領域に位置する灰排出スクリュー71の部分714(図27A、図27Bおよび図29で左側に示す)、
2)熱交換器セクション713すなわち熱交換器セクションに位置する灰排出スクリュー71の部分713(図27a、図27b、図29で右側に示す)、
3)これらの2つのセクションの間にある、移行部スクリュー73すなわち移行部スクリュー筐体75内にある移行部スクリュー73のセクション
という3つのセクションを有する。
熱交換器3の下の空間またはターニングチャンバー35からの燃焼残渣、場合によってはオプションのフィルター装置4からの燃焼残渣は、熱交換器セクション713のスクリューの回転によって、筐体73で形成された本体セクション753に搬送される。これを、図29に矢印AS1で模式的に示す。

Claims (6)
- ペレット及び木質チップの少なくとも1つの形態の燃料を燃焼させるためのバイオマス暖房システムであって、
燃焼装置を有するボイラーと、
入口および出口を有する熱交換器と、
さらに、前記燃焼装置における前記燃料の燃焼時に発生する煙道ガスを再循環させるための再循環装置と、を備え、
前記燃焼装置が、一次燃焼ゾーンと、その下流に設けられた二次燃焼ゾーンと、を有する燃焼室を備え、
前記燃焼室の前記二次燃焼ゾーンが、前記熱交換器の前記入口と流体的に接続され、
前記一次燃焼ゾーンが、複数の燃焼室レンガによって横方向に囲まれており、
前記再循環装置は、
前記熱交換器の前記出口の下流に設けられ、前記熱交換器の前記出口と流体的に接続された再循環入口と、
一次空気を供給するための一次空気ダクトと、
一次混合ダクト及び一次混合室を有し、前記一次混合室が前記再循環入口および前記一次空気ダクトとの下流に設けられるとともに流体的に接続されている、一次混合ユニットと、
前記一次混合室の入口側に設けられた少なくとも2つの空気弁と、
前記一次混合ダクトの下流に設けられるとともに流体的に接続された、前記一次燃焼ゾーンへの一次通路と、を備え、
前記一次混合ユニットは、前記一次混合室の前記少なくとも2つの空気弁によって前記再循環入口からの前記煙道ガスを前記一次空気ダクトからの前記一次空気と混合するように配置されている、
バイオマス暖房システム。 - 前記一次混合ダクトは、
前記一次混合室の一次混合室出口に直接接続され、前記一次混合室の下流に設けられている、
請求項1に記載のバイオマス暖房システム。 - 前記一次混合ダクトは直線状にのびており、始点から終点までの最小の長さが700mmである、
請求項1または2に記載のバイオマス暖房システム。 - 前記一次混合室の前記空気弁は、ロータリースライドバルブであり、
前記ロータリースライドバルブの各々は、少なくとも1つの三日月形の弁葉と、対応する少なくとも1つの三日月形の弁通路開口部と、を持つ弁本体を有し、
前記弁通路開口部は、前記一次混合室に開口する、
請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム。 - 前記一次混合室は、出口側に一次混合室出口を有するとともに、入口側に少なくとも2つの弁通路開口を有し、
前記一次混合室は、前記少なくとも2つの弁通路開口と前記一次混合室出口とが前記一次混合室を通して互いに向き合うことがないように配置されているため、前記少なくとも2つの弁通路開口を通って前記一次混合室に入る流れが前記一次混合室内で偏向または方向転換される、
請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム。 - 前記再循環装置は、
二次空気を供給するための二次空気ダクトと、
二次混合ダクト及び二次混合室を有する二次混合ユニットであって、前記二次混合室は前記再循環入口及び前記二次空気ダクトの下流に設けられ、前記再循環入口及び前記二次空気ダクトと流体的に接続する、二次混合ユニットと、
前記二次混合室の入口側に設けられる少なくとも2つの弁と、
前記燃焼室レンガに設けられ、横方向に前記一次燃焼ゾーンに向けられた二次空気ノズルであって、前記二次混合ダクトの下流に設けられるとともに前記二次混合ダクトと流体的に接続する二次空気ノズルと、を備え、
前記二次混合ユニットは、前記再循環入口からの前記前記煙道ガスを、前記二次空気ダクトからの前記二次空気と、前記二次混合室の前記少なくとも2つの弁によって混合できるように配置される、
請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム。
