Claims (13)
- ペレット及び木質チップの少なくとも1つの形態の燃料を燃焼させるためのバイオマス暖房システム(1)であって、
燃焼装置(2)を有するボイラー(11)と、
複数のボイラー管(32)を有する熱交換器(3)と、を備え、
前記燃焼装置(2)が、回転火格子(25)と、一次燃焼ゾーン(26)と、二次燃焼ゾーン(27)と、を有する燃焼室(24)を備え、
前記一次燃焼ゾーン(26)は、複数の燃焼室レンガ(29)によって横方向から、かつ、前記回転火格子(25)によって下側から囲まれており、
前記燃焼室レンガ(29)には複数の二次空気ノズル(291)が設けられ、
前記一次燃焼ゾーン(26)と前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)とが、前記二次空気ノズル(291)の高さで分離され、
前記燃焼室(24)の前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)が、前記熱交換器(3)の入口(33)と流体的に接続されている、バイオマス暖房システム(1)。 - 前記二次空気ノズル(291)は、前記燃焼室(24)の前記二次燃焼領域(27)において垂直中心軸(A2)のまわりに二次空気と燃焼用空気の煙道ガス-空気混合物の渦流が発生するように配置され、前記渦流は、前記煙道ガス-空気混合物の混合の改善につながる、請求項1に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記燃焼室レンガ(29)における前記二次空気ノズル(291)はそれぞれ、断面が円形または楕円形である前記燃焼室レンガ(29)の円筒形または円錐台形の開口として形成されており、それぞれの開口の最小径は、前記開口の最大長よりも小さい、請求項1または2に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記燃焼室(24)を有する前記燃焼装置(2)は、前記渦流が、前記燃焼室ノズル(203)を出た後、前記燃焼室(24)の燃焼室天井(204)までのびる螺旋状の回転流を形成するように設定されている、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記二次空気ノズル(291)は、少なくともほぼ同じ高さで前記燃焼室(24)内に配置され、
前記二次空気ノズル(291)はそれぞれ、前記二次空気が前記燃焼室(24)の対称中心に対して中心から外れて導入されるような向きにされている、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。 - 前記二次空気ノズル(291)の数が8~14であること、及び、前記二次空気ノズル(291)の最小の長さが少なくとも50mmであることの少なくとも何れかであり、
最小内径が20~35mmである、請求項1~5のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。 - 前記燃焼室(24)は、前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)において、前記熱交換器(3)の前記入口(33)の方向における前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)の断面を小さくする燃焼室斜面(202)を有する、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記燃焼室(24)は、前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)において、前記熱交換器(3)の前記入口(33)の方向で上に傾斜して設けられ、かつ、前記入口(33)の方向における前記燃焼室(24)の断面を小さくする燃焼室天井(204)を有する、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記燃焼室斜面(202)と前記傾斜した燃焼室天井(204)とで漏斗を形成し、前記漏斗の小さい方の端は、前記熱交換器(3)の前記入口(33)に開口している、請求項7または8に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記一次燃焼ゾーン(26)と、前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)の少なくとも一部が、楕円形の水平断面を有すること、及び、前記二次空気ノズル(291)が、前記二次空気を接線方向で前記燃焼室(24)に導入するように配置されていること、の少なくとも1つの特徴を備える、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記二次空気ノズル(291)における前記二次空気の平均流速が、少なくとも8m/s、好ましくは少なくとも10m/sである、請求項1~10のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
- 前記燃焼室レンガ(29)はモジュール構造を有し、
2つの半円形の燃焼室レンガ(29)の各々が閉じた環を形成して、前記一次燃焼ゾーン(26)及び前記二次燃焼ゾーン(27)の少なくともいずれか、の一部を形成し、
前記燃焼室レンガ(29)の少なくとも2つのリングが互いに積み重なって配置されている、
請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。 - 前記熱交換器(3)は、
前記ボイラー管(32)の中に配置されて前記ボイラー管(32)の全長にわたってのびるスパイラルタービュレーターと、
前記ボイラー管(32)の中に配置されて前記ボイラー管(32)の少なくとも半分の長さにわたってのびるバンドタービュレーターと、
を備える、請求項1~12のいずれか1項に記載のバイオマス暖房システム(1)。
