Claims (18)
- 装置に取り付けられた、外側ハウジングを含む外側ハウジング組立体と、
前記外側ハウジングの内側に固定され、下向きに延びる部材およびその後方延長部材を備えている、実質的に逆L字型の内側ハウジングと、
前記内側ハウジングによって前記外側ハウジングの内側に固定されたケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットであって、それぞれのケーブル端子およびそれに取り付けられたケーブルを有する、ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットと、
前記ケーブルが、それぞれ中を沿うように通してスライドされる、前記外側ハウジングの中央開口部を全体として覆う背面カバーと、
前記ケーブルを覆い、前記外側ハウジングに取り付けられている編組シールドと、
前記編組シールドの下部に取り付けられ、前記編組シールドの前記下部を前記外側ハウジングに接続するためのクランプと、
を備えることを特徴とする高電圧コネクタ。 - 前記外側ハウジングが、前記外側ハウジングの基部が取り付けられるオーバーモールドされたシリコーンシールを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記内側ハウジングが、前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットが収容されるスロットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のそれぞれが、端部端子に取り付けられ、前記端部端子を取り囲むクランプ又はリテーナを含み、前記端部端子がケーブル端子に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 装置に取り付けられた、外側ハウジングを含む外側ハウジング組立体と、
前記外側ハウジングの内側に取り付けられた内側ハウジングと、
前記内側ハウジングによって前記外側ハウジングの内側に固定されたケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットであって、それぞれのケーブル端子およびそれに取り付けられたケーブルを有する、ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットと、
前記外側ハウジングの中央開口部を全体として覆い、管状部材を有する上部と、実質的に半円形の管状部材を有する底部と、ケーブルをその中に収容するための開口と、を含み、当該開口は、前記管状部材の開口部と、前記実質的に半円形の管状部材と連通して前記ケーブルをそれぞれの中に沿うように収容してスライドさせる背面カバーと、
前記ケーブルを覆い、前記外側ハウジングに取り付けられている編組シールドと、
前記編組シールドの下部に取り付けられ、前記編組シールドの前記下部を前記外側ハウジングに接続するためのクランプと、
を備えることを特徴とする高電圧コネクタ。 - 前記背面カバーが、前記ケーブル端子および前記ケーブルが前記内側および外側ハウジング内に確実にあることを保証するための端子位置保証(TPA)装置であることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記外側ハウジングが、その基部から延びる側部をそれぞれ通過する鋼ボルトおよびアルミニウム圧縮リミッタを使用して装置に取り付けられることを特徴とする、請求項1又は5に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記外側ハウジングが金属注入プラスチックなどでできていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記外側ハウジングが、ステンレス鋼繊維を備えたナイロンでできていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記内側ハウジングがナイロン等でできていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記装置がアルミニウムでできていることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記編組シールドおよび前記クランプのそれぞれがステンレス鋼などでできていることを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 前記背面カバーの前記実質的に半円形の管状部材の端部が、前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体とともに、前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体がそれに取り付けられたそれぞれのケーブルとともに前記内側ハウジングの内側に固定されている場合に、端部端子に対してそれぞれくさび又は衝突することを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の高電圧コネクタ。
- 高電圧コネクタを組み立てる方法であって、
外側ハウジングを装置に取り付けるステップと、
前記外側ハウジングの内側に内側ハウジングを挿入するステップと、
ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットを前記内側ハウジングに挿入するステップであって、前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体は、それぞれのケーブルが取り付けられている、ステップと、
前記ケーブルに沿って背面カバーをスライドさせ、前記背面カバーが前記外側ハウジングに入り、前記外側ハウジングの中央開口部の全体を覆う、ステップと、
前記ケーブルを覆うための編組シールドを提供し、前記編組シールドが、前記外側ハウジングに取り付けられるステップと、
前記編組シールドが前記外側ハウジングにクランプで確実に取り付けられ、前記編組シールドと前記外側ハウジングとの接続が前記クランプによって保証されることを確実にするステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、方法。 - 前記内側ハウジングを前記外側ハウジング内に挿入する前記ステップは、前記内側ハウジングを、それぞれ、前記外側ハウジングの反対側の内側のくぼみに入り、第1のカチッという音などを発する前記内側ハウジングの反対側の可撓性ラッチ部材を用いて前記外側ハウジング内に固定するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の高電圧コネクタを組み立てる方法。
- 前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットを挿入する前記ステップは、前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体を、前記内側ハウジングの傾斜した棚のそれぞれの下に落ち着き、第2のカチッという音などを生成する、前記ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体の少なくとも1つのクランプを用いて前記内側ハウジングの内側に固定するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項15に記載の高電圧コネクタを組み立てる方法。
- 前記ケーブルに沿って前記背面カバーをスライドさせ、前記外側ハウジングの前記中央開口部に入って覆う前記ステップが、前記背面カバーの対向する側にある傾斜した突出部材がそれぞれ前記外側ハウジングの側部を通過する開口に入り、第3のカチッという音などを発するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の高電圧コネクタを組み立てる方法。
- 前記ケーブルに沿って前記背面カバーをスライドさせ、前記外側ハウジングの前記中央開口部に侵入して覆う前記ステップが、ケーブル補強リテーナ組立体のセットの少なくともそれぞれの1つの端部端子の少なくとも端部の側面部分に対して、前記背面カバーの下部から延びる少なくとも実質的に半円形の管状部材の部分をくさび又は衝突させ、それにより、ケーブル端子および前記ケーブルを前記外側ハウジング内に固定された前記内側ハウジング内に固定するステップを含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の高電圧コネクタを組み立てる方法。
