Description
(1) 相手側端子に電気的に接続される電気接続部と、該電気接続部から屈曲して延在し電線端末に電気的に接続される電線接続部と、を有する略L字状の電線付端子と、
前記電線付端子の前記電気接続部が挿通される貫通部を有するとともに、その外周に第1のパッキンが装着された円筒状の電気接続部収容部と、前記電線付端子の前記電線接続部を収容する電線接続部収容部と、を備えたインナハウジングと、
前記インナハウジングの前記電気接続部収容部を収容するとともに、前記第1のパッキンが密着される内周面を有する開口部を備えたアウタハウジングと、
前記インナハウジングが組み付けられた前記アウタハウジングを覆うシールド部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする電磁波シールドコネクタ。
図1〜図4は本発明に係る電磁波シールドコネクタの第1実施形態を示すもので、図1は本発明に係る第1実施形態である電磁波シールドコネクタにおける分解斜視図、図2は図1の電磁波シールドコネクタにおける組立て後の外観斜視図、図3は図2の電磁波シールドコネクタを上下反対にした外観斜視図、図4は図2のA−A断面図である。
次に、図5〜図8を参照して、本発明に係る第2実施形態の電磁波シールドコネクタについて説明する。図5〜図8は本発明に係る電磁波シールドコネクタの第2実施形態を示すもので、図5は本発明に係る第2実施形態である電磁波シールドコネクタにおける組立て後の外観斜視図、図6は図5の電磁波シールドコネクタを上下反対にした外観斜視図、図7は図5のB−B断面図、図8は図5の電磁波シールドコネクタの一部分解斜視図である。なお、以下の第2実施形態において、上述した第1実施形態と共通する構成部分の説明は同一符号または相当符号を付すことで簡略化あるいは省略する。

Claims (5)
- 相手側端子に電気的に接続される電気接続部と、該電気接続部から屈曲して延在し電線端末に電気的に接続される電線接続部と、を有する略L字状の電線付端子と、
前記電線付端子の前記電気接続部が挿通される貫通部を有するとともに、その外周に第1のパッキンが装着された円筒状の電気接続部収容部と、前記電線付端子の前記電線接続部を収容する電線接続部収容部と、を備えたインナハウジングと、
前記インナハウジングの前記電気接続部収容部を収容するとともに、前記第1のパッキンが密着される内周面を有する開口部を備えたアウタハウジングと、
前記インナハウジングが組み付けられた前記アウタハウジングを覆うシールド部材と、
を備えることを特徴とする電磁波シールドコネクタ。 - 前記アウタハウジングは、前記電線付端子を収容した複数の前記インナハウジングを、個々に独立して収容する複数の前記開口部を備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電磁波シールドコネクタ。
- 前記アウタハウジングは、前記相手側端子を収容した相手側コネクタとの間に第2のパッキンが装着されていることを特徴とする請求項1又は請求項2記載の電磁波シールドコネクタ。
- 前記電線付端子の前記電気接続部を収容した前記インナハウジングの前記電気接続部収容部、及び前記電線付端子の前記電線接続部を収容した前記電線接続部収容部が、前記電気接続部及び前記電線接続部が樹脂により覆われるようにインサート成形されたことを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項3のいずれか記載の電磁波シールドコネクタ。
- 前記電線付端子に接続された前記電線にゴム栓が装着され、該ゴム栓が前記シールド部材を介して前記インナハウジングに組み付けられていることを特徴とする請求項1〜請求項4のいずれか記載の電磁波シールドコネクタ。
