Description
本願は、2015年5月29日に出願した特願2015-109574号明細書および2015年7月10日に出願した特願2015-138984明細書(それらの全体が参照により本明細書中に援用される)の優先権の利益を主張するものである。
(技術分野)
本発明は、コンクリートにおける区画貫通孔の形成用にコンクリートの打設前に配置されるスリーブ、かかるスリーブを備えた区画貫通構造、およびかかるスリーブを用いた区画貫通構造の施工方法に関する。
項1.コンクリートにおける区画貫通孔の形成用にコンクリートの打設前に配置されるスリーブであって、熱膨張性の耐火樹脂材料を含有する中空のスリーブ本体を備えたスリーブ。
項2.スリーブを床下地に固定するためのスリーブ固定部材を備える項1に記載のスリーブ。
項3.スリーブ本体の下端部に、各々が孔を有する1つまたは複数の取付部が設けられている項1または2に記載のスリーブ。
項4.スリーブの長手方向に沿ってスリーブの端から端まで延びる切れ目を有する項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項5.スリーブの開口部を覆うカバー材をさらに備える項1~4のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項6.スリーブ本体12の内周面に沿って設けられた紙製の芯をさらに備える項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項7.スリーブの端部に取り付け可能な環状の蓋部材をさらに備える項1~6のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項8.蓋部材は可塑剤を含むかまたは含まない塩化ビニル樹脂、またはゴムから形成される項7に記載のスリーブ。
項9.蓋部材が、蓋部材を分断する切れ目を有する項7または8に記載のスリーブ。
項10.蓋部材とスリーブが一体化されている項7~9のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項11.蓋部材が着色されている項7~10のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項12.スリーブに対し、スリーブの軸方向に沿って、非熱膨張性材料を含有するスリーブが積み重ねられている項1~11のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項14.スリーブの外側に樹脂からなる外筒が設けられ、スリーブの内側に樹脂からなる内筒が設けられている項1~13のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項15.スリーブ本体の側面に、スリーブ本体から突出して延びるリブをさらに備えた項1に記載のスリーブ。
項16.スリーブ本体の端部に、スリーブ本体の厚みより大きな幅でスリーブの軸方向外方に延びるフランジ部をさらに備えた項1に記載のスリーブ。
項17.上下対称である項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項18.分解可能な複数の部品から構成されている項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項19.スリーブの軸方向に沿って伸縮可能な蛇腹部分を備えている項1~16のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
項20.区画貫通構造であって、
床下地または壁下地と、
床下地または壁下地に設置され、外側周囲にコンクリートが打設された項1~19のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブと、
を備えた区画貫通構造。
項21.前記スリーブ内に配置された配管または配線をさらに備える項20に記載の区画貫通構造。
項22.前記配管または配線と前記スリーブとの間に配置され、配管または配線とスリーブとに接触する支持部材をさらに備える項21に記載の区画貫通構造。
項23.項1~19のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブを床下地または壁下地に設置する工程と、
スリーブの外側周囲にコンクリートを打設する工程と、
からなる区画貫通構造の施工方法。
項24.コンクリートの打設後に、前記スリーブ内に配管または配線を配置する工程をさらに含む項23に記載の施工方法。
このように環状、具体的には実施形態では中空円筒形の紙製の芯78を設けることで、コンクリート3の打設時のスリーブ10(特にはスリーブ本体12)の変形を防止することができる。芯78はコンクリート3の打設後に回収してもよいし、そのまま設置しておいて燃焼時に燃やして処分してもよい。また、芯78の高さをスリーブ10の高さよりも大きくすれば、芯78が設置されているかどうかを作業者が確認することができる 。
Claims (8)
- コンクリートにおける区画貫通孔の形成用にコンクリート打設前に配置されるスリーブであって、
前記スリーブは、熱膨張性の耐火樹脂材料を含有する中空のスリーブ本体を備えた第1のスリーブと、非熱膨張性材料を含有する第2のスリーブとを備え、
前記第1のスリーブの軸方向に沿って、前記第1のスリーブの上側に前記第2のスリーブが積み重ねられており、
前記第1のスリーブの上側には凹部が形成され、
前記第1のスリーブの上側に凹部が形成された該凹部に第2のスリーブの端部が嵌合している、スリーブ。 - 前記第1のスリーブの下端部に、各々が孔を有する1つまたは複数の取付部が設けられている請求項1に記載のスリーブ。
- スリーブの開口部を覆うカバー材をさらに備える請求項1又は2に記載のスリーブ。
- スリーブの端部に取り付け可能な環状の蓋部材をさらに備える請求項1~3のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブ。
- 前記第1のスリーブの軸方向に沿って、前記第1のスリーブの下側に非膨張性材料を含有するスリーブをさらに備える請求項1に記載のスリーブ。
- 区画貫通構造であって、
床下地と、
床下地に設置され、外側周囲にコンクリートが打設された請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブと、を備え、
前記スリーブと前記打設されたコンクリートとが、前記コンクリートの高さ全体にわたって接している、区画貫通構造。 - 区画貫通構造であって、
床下地と、
床下地に設置され、外側周囲にコンクリートが打設されたスリーブと、
前記スリーブ内に配置された配管または配線を備え、
前記スリーブと前記打設されたコンクリートとが、前記コンクリートの高さ全体にわたって接しており、
前記スリーブと前記配管又は配線とが、前記スリーブの全長にわたって、接触していない、区画貫通構造において、
前記スリーブは、コンクリートにおける区画貫通孔の形成用にコンクリート打設前に配置されるスリーブであって、
前記スリーブは、熱膨張性の耐火樹脂材料を含有する中空のスリーブ本体を備えた第1のスリーブと、非熱膨張性材料を含有する第2のスリーブとを備え、
前記第1のスリーブの軸方向に沿って、前記第1のスリーブの上側に前記第2のスリーブが積み重ねられており、
前記第1のスリーブの上側には凹部が形成され、
前記第1のスリーブの上側に凹部が形成された該凹部に第2のスリーブの端部が嵌合している、区画貫通構造。 - 請求項1~5のいずれか一項に記載のスリーブを、コンクリート打設前に床下地に設置する工程と、
スリーブの外側周囲にコンクリートを打設する工程と、
からなる区画貫通構造の施工方法。
