Description
[1]貫通孔が設けられた区画を備えた区画貫通部構造における配管システムであって、
貫通孔を画成する熱膨張性スリーブと、
前記区画の両側で貫通孔の外に延びる、互いに離間した2つ以上の配管と、
前記配管に嵌合され、前記熱膨張性スリーブの両端と接続されて配管と熱膨張性スリーブとの間のクリアランスを閉塞する2つの環状の連結蓋と
を備えた配管システム。
[2]各連結蓋が、前記配管に嵌合される第1嵌合部を備えている[1]に記載の配管システム。
[3]各連結蓋が、前記熱膨張性スリーブにより画成された貫通孔内に嵌入される第2嵌合部を備えている[2]に記載の配管システム。
[4]前記配管と前記連結蓋、及び前記連結蓋と前記熱膨張性スリーブ又は前記床若しくは壁が液密に接続されている[1]〜[3]のいずれかに記載の配管システム。
[5]前記熱膨張性スリーブが、本体部と、本体部と連続する拡径部とを備えた中空の第1スリーブと、前記第1スリーブの拡径部と嵌合可能な熱膨張性の本体部を有する中空の第2スリーブとを備えたスリーブである[1]〜[4]のいずれかに記載の配管システム。
・スリーブ10のリブ14a,14bは省略してもよい。
・スリーブ10の取付部13及び孔13aは省略してもよい。
・スリーブ10がコンクリート5の打設前に配置されるタイプのスリーブの代わりに、床や壁等の区画に予め設けた貫通孔4に装着するタイプのスリーブであってもよい。
・図4に示すように、各連結蓋30,31が、熱膨張性スリーブ10により画成された貫通孔4内に嵌入される第2嵌合部36,37を備えていてもよい。
・第1実施形態の熱膨張性の耐火樹脂材料から形成されたスリーブ本体11を有するスリーブ10の代わりに、スリーブ10は2つ以上のスリーブ部分のアセンブリ(組立体)であってもよい。
・第1実施形態では配管を2つの配管20,21としたが、図10に示すように、3つ以上の互いに離間した配管が連結蓋及び熱膨張性スリーブを介して接続される構造としてもよい。
・第1実施形態では連結蓋30と熱膨張性スリーブ10、連結蓋31と熱膨張性スリーブ10を水が漏れないように密着して接続したが、連結蓋30及び/又は連結蓋31は、床若しくは壁と液密に接続されていてもよい。
Claims (5)
- 貫通孔が設けられた区画を備えた区画貫通部構造であって、
前記区画貫通部構造は配管システムを備え、前記配管システムは、
貫通孔を画成する熱膨張性スリーブと、
前記区画の両側で貫通孔の外に延びる、互いに離間した2つ以上の配管と、
前記配管に嵌合され、前記熱膨張性スリーブの両端と接続されて配管と熱膨張性スリーブとの間のクリアランスを閉塞する2つの環状の連結蓋と、を備え、
前記熱膨張性スリーブの全長と、前記貫通孔の全長とが略同じ長さであり、前記熱膨張性スリーブの全長にわたって前記区画と接し、
前記環状の連結蓋がフランジ部を備え、前記フランジ部が前記区画の表面と接している、
区画貫通部構造。 - 各連結蓋が、前記配管に嵌合される第1嵌合部を備えている請求項1に記載の区画貫通部構造。
- 各連結蓋が、前記熱膨張性スリーブにより画成された貫通孔内に嵌入される第2嵌合部を備えている請求項2に記載の区画貫通部構造。
- 前記配管と前記連結蓋、及び前記連結蓋と前記熱膨張性スリーブ又は前記床若しくは壁が液密に接続されている請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の区画貫通部構造。
- 前記熱膨張性スリーブが、
本体部と、本体部と連続する拡径部とを備えた中空の第1スリーブと、
前記第1スリーブの拡径部と嵌合可能な熱膨張性の本体部を有する中空の第2スリーブとを備えたスリーブである請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の区画貫通部構造。
