Description
本出願は、2018年1月25日付韓国特許出願第10−2018−0009507号に基づいた優先権の利益を主張し、当該韓国特許出願の文献に開示されたすべての内容は本明細書の一部として含まれている。
<製造例1>
(1)マキシン(Mxene)の製造
Ti3AlC2MAX相(MAX phase)のエッチング生成物である2次元チタニウムカーバイド(Ti3C2)マキシン(Mxene)を用いた。
前記製造したマキシン5gを1リットルの水に分散させ、有機シラン化合物プロピルトリメトキシシランを55g添加後50℃で16時間攪拌してゾル−ゲル脱水縮合反応により、有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシンを得た。次いで、エタノールを洗浄液として遠心分離3回により反応せずに残った有機シラン化合物を除去して有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシンを洗浄した。
製造例1で製造したマキシン5gを1リットルのエタノール/水(体積比4/1)混合溶液に分散させ、有機シラン化合物フェニルトリメトキシシランを25g添加後常温で16時間攪拌してゾル−ゲル脱水縮合反応により、有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシンを得た。
<参考例>
製造例1で製造したマキシン(表面改質されていない状態)0.4gを有機溶媒メチルエチルケトン4mLに添加後、12gの0.5mm酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)玉とペイントシェーカーを用いて1時間ボールミル粉砕(ball milling)してコーティング組成物(分散液)を製造した。
前記製造例1の有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシン0.4gを有機溶媒メチルエチルケトン4mLに添加後、12gの0.5mm酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)玉とペイントシェーカーを用いて1時間ボールミル粉砕(ball milling)してコーティング組成物(分散液)を製造した。
前記製造例2の有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシン0.8gを有機溶媒メチルエチルケトン8mLに添加後24gの0.5mm酸化ジルコニウム(ZrO2)玉を用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様に方法により分散液を製造した。
前記参考例のマキシン0.4gを用いたことを除いては、実施例1と同様に方法により分散液およびマキシンフィルム(厚さ2.4μm)を製造した。
前記参考例のマキシン0.8gを用いたことを除いては、実施例2と同様の方法によりマキシンフィルム(厚さ2.4μm)を製造した。
1.有機溶媒分散性およびコロイド安定性の評価
前記参考例および実施例1で得られたコーティング組成物(分散液)をそれぞれ2mL採取して15mm×45mm×8mm(外側直径×高さ×内側直径)ねじ式透明ガラスバイアルに貯藏した。そして、時間別に(初期、1日後、3日後)貯藏液の上層部と下層部の粒度を測定した。また、該当時間別に(初期、1日後、3日後)上層部に残っている固体濃度を測定した。最後に初期貯藏液内の総固体重量に対して6日後ガラスバイアルに沈積された固体重量比率を測定した。粒度、貯藏液上層部の濃度、最終沈積量は、それぞれ下記の方法により測定した。
時間別に(初期、1日後、3日後)貯藏液の上層部と下層部の試料5μlを採取してメチルエチルケトン4mLに希釈した。希釈した試料の粒度をMalvern Zetasizer Nano−ZS90装備を用いて動的光散乱法(Dynamic Light Scattering)で測定角度90℃で測定し、試料当たり3回反復測定後、平均粒度値を計算した。
時間別に(初期、1日後、3日後)上層部の試料100μlを採取して100℃で16時間加熱して有機溶媒を完全に蒸発させた後、残った固体重量をA&D Weighing Lab Balance GH−200を用いて測定し、これにより貯藏液の上層部に沈積せずに残っていた固体濃度を計算した。
6日後、デカンテーション(decantation)により残っている貯藏液すべてをガラスバイアルから除去し、100℃で16時間加熱して有機溶媒を完全に蒸発させた後、残った固体重量をA&D Weighing Lab Balance GH−200を用いて測定し、これを初期貯藏液内の総固体重量に対するガラスバイアルに沈積された固体重量の割合で示した。
前記実施例1および比較例1で製造したコーティングフィルムに対して下記方法により面抵抗および電気伝導度を測定した。
前記実施例1および比較例1で製造したマキシンフィルムに対し、走査電子顕微鏡(Scanning Electron Microscopy)により表面特性を確認し、その結果を図1〜図2に示した。
Claims (6)
- 有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシン(Mxene)を含む、コーティングフィルム。
- 0.1〜100μmの厚さを有し、
100Ω/square以下の面抵抗および5,000S/m以上の電気伝導度を有する、請求項1に記載のコーティングフィルム。 - 前記有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシン(Mxene)中の有機シラン化合物の含有量は、0.5〜30重量%である、請求項1または2に記載のコーティングフィルム。
- 前記マキシン(Mxene)は、Ti3C2で表され、
前記有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシン(Mxene)において3チタニウム当たり1シリコンの元素含有量比(Si/Ti3)が0.010〜50である、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載のコーティングフィルム。 - 高分子バインダー樹脂をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載のコーティングフィルム。
- 有機シラン化合物で表面改質されたマキシン(Mxene)を含む、電磁波遮蔽用複合体。
