Description
Claims (11)
- 重車両用の制動装置(1)であって、複数のブレーキを備え、前記ブレーキの各々が、前記重車両の車輪に関連するブレーキディスク又はブレーキドラムに作用する支持体(3)及び摩擦ブロック(4)となるブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)を含み、
前記制動装置は、前記摩擦ブロック(4)と前記支持体(3)との間に設けられた温度センサ(5)と、前記複数のブレーキの過熱を防止するための安全装置とを備え、
前記安全装置は、アラームの発生手段(10)と、少なくとも前記温度センサ(5)及び前記発生手段(10)と通信する制御手段(11、12)と、を含み、
前記制御手段(11、12)は、少なくとも第1閾値温度を含むメモリ(13)と、比較器(14)とを含み、
前記比較器は、少なくとも前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)で検出された温度が前記第1閾値温度よりも高く、かつ少なくとも別の前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)で検出された温度が前記第1閾値温度よりも低い場合に、前記アラームの発生を有効にするように構成されており、
前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)は、前記摩擦ブロック(4)と前記支持体(3)との間に設けられ、かつ前記制御手段(11、12)と通信する少なくとも補助センサ(6)を含み、少なくとも前記補助センサ(6)は少なくとも圧電セラミック圧力センサ及び/又は圧電セラミック剪断センサを含み、
前記比較器(14)は、所定の測定時間間隔において温度信号と少なくとも前記補助センサ(6)によって発生された信号との間に所定の相関がある場合にのみ前記アラームの発生を確認するように構成されていることを特徴とする、重車両用の制動装置(1)。 - 少なくとも前記温度センサ(5)は、前記支持体(3)上に一体化された、電気絶縁された電気回路(7)に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記比較器(14)は、前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)と別の前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)で検出された前記温度間のリアルタイム比較のために構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記比較器(14)は、少なくとも一つの前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)で検出された前記温度が前記第1閾値温度よりも高く、かつ残りの別の前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)で検出された前記温度が前記第1閾値温度よりも低い場合に前記アラームの発生を有効にするように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記メモリ(13)は、前記第1閾値温度よりも低い少なくとも第2閾値温度を含み、前記制御手段(11、12)は、少なくとも前記ブレーキパッド又はブレーキシュー(2)で検出された前記温度が前記第1閾値温度と前記第2閾値温度との間に含まれる場合にプリアラームの発生を指示するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記発生手段(10)は、音響的及び/又は可聴アラームを発生するように構成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記制御手段(11、12)は、複数の周辺電子制御ユニット(11)であって、前記周辺電子制御ユニットの各々が関連する前記ブレーキに配置された複数の前記周辺電子制御ユニット(11)と、前記複数の周辺電子制御ユニット(11)及び前記発生手段(10)と通信する中央電子制御ユニット(12)と、を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記制御手段(11、12)は、少なくとも前記温度センサ(5)及び前記発生手段(10)と通信する中央電子制御ユニットを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記制御手段(11、12)は、車両のCANバス(コントローラエリアネットワーク)に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 各前記温度センサ及び前記補助センサ(5、6)は、電気絶縁性保護層(9)によって覆われていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
- 前記制御手段(11、12)は、前記重車両の運動からエネルギーを吸収するように構成された電気エネルギーサプライヤを含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の重車両用の制動装置(1)。
