Description
Claims (14)
- 能動サスペンションアクチュエータであって、
流体を充填した内側ハウジングと、
第1側及び第2側を有し、前記内側ハウジング内に移動可能に配置されるピストンであって、前記内側ハウジングの少なくとも一部を第1容積部及び第2容積部に分割するピストンと、
第1ポート及び第2ポートを有する油圧モータ/ポンプと、
前記油圧モータ/ポンプに動作可能に連結された電気モータ/発電機であって、前記電気モータ/発電機は、1つの動作モードで一方向に動作し、第2の動作モードで反対方向に動作するように構成され、前記油圧モータ/ポンプ及び前記電気モータ/発電機は内蔵ユニット内に内蔵され、前記内蔵ユニットは、前記内蔵ユニットが前記アクチュエータの側面に配置されて当該側面に取り付けられるように前記アクチュエータ上で側面に配置される、電気モータ/発電機と、
流体を充填した前記内側ハウジングを少なくとも部分的に囲み、流体フローチャネルを規定するチューブであって、前記第1容積部は、前記流体フローチャネルを通じて前記油圧モータ/ポンプの前記第1ポートと流体連通する、チューブと、
前記第1容積部及び前記第2容積部に流体連通して前記油圧モータ/ポンプを迂回させるバイパス流路であって、前記バイパス流路は、前記バイパス流路を通る油圧流体の流れを少なくとも部分的に制御する弁を含み、前記バイパス流路の少なくとも一部は、前記流体フローチャネルの少なくとも一部に一致する、バイパス流路と、
前記第1容積部及び前記第2容積部の少なくとも1つから油圧流体を受け取る、加圧されたアキュムレータであって、弁によって選択的に制御される、加圧されたアキュムレータと、
前記電気モータ/発電機に動作可能に連結されたコントローラであって、前記アクチュエータは、前記電気モータ/発電機に電力を供給することによって、少なくとも1つの動作モードで能動的に駆動される、コントローラと、を備える能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。 - 前記油圧モータ/ポンプはポンプである、請求項1に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記ポンプはジェロータである、請求項2に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記電気モータ/発電機は電気モータである、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記電気モータはDCモータである、請求項4に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記弁は電気制御式弁である、請求項1に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 少なくとも1つの動作モードでは、前記電気モータ/発電機はモータとして駆動されるように制御され、前記油圧モータ/ポンプは油圧ポンプとして駆動される、請求項1に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記油圧モータ/ポンプは制動力を提供する、請求項1に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 複数のアキュムレータをさらに備え、各前記アキュムレータは、前記第1容積部、前記第2容積部の少なくとも1つ、並びに、前記油圧モータ/ポンプの前記第1ポート及び第2ポートの少なくとも1つと流体連通する、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 少なくとも1つの動作モードでは、前記電気モータ/発電機は、前記油圧モータ/ポンプを駆動して、圧縮及び逆戻りの少なくとも1つの間、前記第1容積部及び前記第2容積部の少なくとも1つからの流体流を阻止する、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 少なくとも1つの動作モードでは、前記電気モータ/発電機は、前記油圧モータ/ポンプによって駆動されて、圧縮及び逆戻りの少なくとも1つの間、電気を生成する、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記電気モータ/発電機を制御して、改善された乗り心地及び改善された地形横断特性の少なくとも1つを生成する、請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記コントローラは、少なくとも1つの動作モードで前記電気モータ/発電機によって完全に電力を供給される、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
- 前記コントローラは、前記電気モータ/発電機を制御して前記油圧モータ/ポンプを動作させ、前記ピストンに制動力を提供する、請求項1〜13のいずれか1項に記載の能動サスペンションアクチュエータ。
