Description

前記長手方向軸線に対して外方に湾曲している第1の端部と、前記長手方向軸線に対して内方に湾曲している第2の端部とを有しているステント構造体を備え、
前記第2の端部が一列のダイヤモンド形セルを備え、少なくとも1つの前記セルの最下点が前記接合ワイヤの取り付け箇所と交わり、前記ステント付き弁はさらに、
複数個の葉状片を含む弁構造体、を備え、
各葉状片は、第1の端部、第2の端部、及び前記第1の端部と前記第2の端部との間に延びる自由縁部を有し、
各葉状片の前記第1の端部は、前記ステント中央領域において1本の接合ワイヤに取り付けられ、各葉状片の前記第2の端部は、前記中央ステント領域においてその隣りの1本の接合ワイヤに取り付けられ、各葉状片の前記自由縁部は、前記弁が開放位置にあるとき、前記中央ステント領域において前記構造用ワイヤに接触しないようになっている、
