Description
(a)ポリマー材料の表面に付与される突起に対応した複数の円筒状の孔が内部に分散された多孔質原盤を提供する工程と;
(b)透明フィルムと前記多孔質原盤との間にポリマー成形材料を配置する工程と;
(c)機械的圧力を印加して前記多孔質原盤を前記ポリマー成形材料で巻き込む工程と、を含み、
前記ポリマー材料に付与されたテクスチャは、前記多孔質原盤の円筒状の孔に対応する突起を含む。
(a)ポリマー成形材料の表面に付与される突起に対応した複数の円筒状の孔が内部に分散された多孔質原盤を提供する工程と;
(b)フィルムと前記多孔質原盤との間にポリマー成形材料を配置する工程と;
(c)機械的圧力を印加して前記多孔質原盤を前記ポリマー材料で巻き込む工程と、を含み、
前記ポリマー成形材料に付与されたテクスチャは、前記多孔質原盤の円筒状の孔に対応する突起を含む成形方法に関する。前記多孔質原盤は、好ましくはアルミナを含み、好ましくは形状が円筒状である。前記フィルムは、好ましくは透明又は半透明である。前記ポリマー成形材料は、好ましくは放射線を使用して硬化可能な、好ましくは前記フィルムを通して前記感光性樹脂に照射することにより硬化可能な、感光性樹脂である。
これらの工程は、以下を含む:
(1)第一段階の陽極酸化工程;
(2)酸化物エッチング工程;
(3)第二段階の陽極酸化工程;及び
(4)孔拡張工程。
電解質組成物: 0.3Mのシュウ酸水溶液(27g/dm3)
維持される温度: 17±2℃
定電圧: 40V
定常電流密度: 3mA/cm2
電解時間: 6時間
純度99.999%の2インチのアルミニウムのディスクを、当業者によく知られた技術で研磨し、0.30Mシュウ酸溶液中、17℃で25分間、40Vで陽極酸化した。
純度99.999%の2インチのアルミニウムのディスクを、当業者によく知られた技術で研磨し、0.40Mリン酸溶液中、19℃で6時間、92Vで陽極酸化した。
純度99.999%の2インチのアルミニウムのディスクを、当業者によく知られた技術で研磨し、0.30Mシュウ酸溶液中、17℃で6時間、40Vで陽極酸化した。
純度99.999%のアルミニウムの試料を、実施例3と同じ方法で調製及び陽極酸化した。
純度99.999%のアルミニウムの試料を、実施例3と同じ方法で調製及び陽極酸化した。90秒間の40Vでの陽極酸化の後、該試料を80%のFluorolink F10(直鎖状パーフルオロポリエーテル骨格に基づくジホスホン酸塩誘導体)のエタノール溶液に浸漬し、次に60分間100℃でベイクした。
Claims (13)
- 複数の円筒状の孔が内部に配置されたモールドを使用して所望の突起をポリマー材料に形成するポリマー材料の成形方法であって、
(a)ポリマー材料の表面に付与される前記突起に対応した複数の円筒状の孔を有し、該複数の円筒状の孔が内部に分散された多孔質原盤を提供する工程と;
(b)透明又は半透明のフィルムと前記多孔質原盤との間にポリマー材料を配置する工程と;
(c)機械的圧力を印加して前記多孔質原盤を前記ポリマー材料で巻き込む工程と、を含み、
前記ポリマー材料に付与された前記突起は、前記多孔質原盤の円筒状の孔に対応する突起を含み、
前記多孔質原盤が、アルミナを含み、
(d)前記多孔質原盤に第一段階の陽極酸化を行う工程と;
(e)前記多孔質原盤を酸化物エッチングする工程と;
(f)第二段階の陽極酸化を行う工程と;
(g)孔拡張処理を行う工程と、を含むプロセスにより調製され、前記円筒状の孔が前記多孔質アルミナ原盤に形成されるものであり、
前記ポリマー材料を前記多孔質原盤と前記フィルムとの間に配置する前に、剥離剤が前記多孔質原盤に塗布され、
前記剥離剤が、アルキルホスホン酸、アリールホスホン酸、直鎖状パーフルオロポリエーテル骨格を有するジホスホン酸塩誘導体、並びにこれらの1以上の組合せからなる群から選択される材料を含むことを特徴とする成形方法。 - 剥離剤が、アルキルホスホン酸である請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- アルキルホスホン酸が、1−デシルホスホン酸である請求項2に記載の成形方法。
- 多孔質原盤を0.1%の1−デシルホスホン酸のエタノール溶液に一定時間浸漬することにより、前記1−デシルホスホン酸が前記多孔質原盤に塗布される請求項3に記載の成形方法。
- 剥離剤が、直鎖状パーフルオロポリエーテル骨格を有するジホスホン酸塩誘導体のエタノール溶液である請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 多孔質原盤を剥離剤に浸漬し、その後、前記多孔質原盤をベイクすることにより、前記多孔質原盤を前記剥離剤に接触させる請求項5に記載の成形方法。
- ポリマー材料が、感光性樹脂である請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- 感光性樹脂が、アクリル樹脂、ポリメチルメタクリレート樹脂、ポリカーボネート樹脂、フェノール樹脂、エポキシ樹脂、及びポリウレタン樹脂からなる群から選択され、光開始剤と組合せて用いられる請求項7に記載の成形方法。
- 多孔質原盤が、アルミナを含み、
感光性樹脂を紫外線で硬化して、多孔質原盤の孔に対応する突起を有する樹脂の薄い固体被膜を、透明フィルム上に形成する請求項7に記載の成形方法。 - フィルムが、メチルメタクリレート(共)重合体、ポリカーボネート、スチレン(共)重合体、メチルメタクリレート−スチレン共重合体、セルロースジアセテート、セルローストリアセテート、セルロースアセテートブチレート、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルスルホン、ポリスルホン、ポリプロピレン、ポリメチルペンテン、ポリ塩化ビニル、ポリビニルアセタール、ポリエーテルケトン、ポリウレタン、及びガラスからなる群から選択される請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- フィルムが、ポリエチレンテレフタレートである請求項10に記載の成形方法。
- ポリマー材料に付与された突起が、反射防止層を提供する請求項1に記載の成形方法。
- ポリマー材料に付与された突起が、400nm未満の周期を有する請求項1に記載の成形方法。
