Claims (17)

前記フィルタエレメントは、使用時に、気体流回路のガスからの揮発性及び/又は爆発性の粒子を取り除くように、前記ガス注入口と前記ガス排出口との間の前記フィルタ筐体に取り外し可能に設けられており、
前記フィルタ筐体は、前記フィルタエレメントにより捕らえられた前記揮発性及び/又は爆発性の粒子を中和するために、前記フィルタ筐体への液体の流入を可能とするように配置されている、

- 積層造形装置に取り付けられたフィルタ筐体内の粒子フィルタエレメントの交換方法であって、
(a)バルブを閉じて前記フィルタ筐体へのガス注入口を遮断し、バルブを閉じて前記フィルタ筐体からのガス排出口を遮断するステップと、
(b)前記フィルタ筐体を積層造形装置から取り外すステップと、
(c)前記フィルタ筐体に液体を満たさせるステップと、
(d)前記フィルタ筐体を開くステップと、
(e)前記フィルタエレメントを交換するステップとを備え、
ステップ(b)及び(c)を行う順番は任意である、方法。 - 前記フィルタ筐体は積層造形装置の気体流回路に直列に取り付けられており、前記方法はさらに前記フィルタ筐体を取り外している間はバルブを閉じて前記気体流回路を遮断するステップ備える、請求項14に記載の方法。
