Claims (4)
- 造形を行なう作業領域である造形領域と、密閉空間を形成し前記密閉空間内に前記造形領域に含まれるレーザ光の所定の照射領域を収容するチャンバと、前記チャンバ内において造形ベース上を水平1軸方向に往復移動し少なくとも前記照射領域に金属材料粉体層を形成するリコータヘッドと、前記チャンバ内に不活性ガスを循環供給する不活性ガス給排装置と、を備えた積層造形装置において、前記不活性ガス給排装置が、前記リコータヘッドの移動方向に面する両側面の片面に設けられる第1供給口と、前記チャンバの側板に第1供給口に対面するように前記照射領域から離れて設けられる第1排出口と、前記造形ベース上に前記照射領域を間に置いて前記第1排出口に対面するように設けられる第2供給口と、を含んでなり、前記第1排出口に接続する吸引装置を設けてなることを特徴とする積層造形装置。
- 前記不活性ガス給排装置が、前記リコータヘッドの前記片面に対して反対側の面に設けられる第2排出口を含んでなることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記第1排出口が前記リコータヘッドに材料粉体を供給する材料供給装置が設けられている側のチャンバの側板の下側に設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
- 前記リコータヘッドの移動を案内するガイドレールに沿って前記造形領域に向かって開口する第3排出口と、前記造形領域を挟んで前記第3排出口に対面するように開口する第4排出口と、を設けてなる請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。
