好ましくは、前記材料粉体層を形成しこれを前記レーザ光で焼結する造形サイクルを、前記造形領域における互いに異なる複数の局所領域に対して実行するように構成され、且つ同層における互いに隣接する前記局所領域が部分的に重なるように構成される。
Claims (5)
- 造形領域を覆うチャンバと、
前記造形領域に材料粉体を吐出しこれを均すことで材料粉体層を形成する粉体層形成装置と、
前記材料粉体を焼結させて焼結体を形成するレーザ光を照射するレーザ光照射部と、
前記焼結体を切削加工する切削装置と、
前記切削装置及び前記粉体層形成装置をともに前記造形領域に平行な水平方向に移動させる水平駆動装置と、
前記水平駆動装置に設けられ、前記切削装置を前記水平方向に直交する鉛直方向に往復移動させる第1鉛直駆動装置と、
前記水平駆動装置に設けられ、前記粉体層形成装置を前記鉛直方向に往復移動させる第2鉛直駆動装置と、
を備える積層造形装置。 - 前記焼結体を切削加工する際に、前記切削装置を鉛直下方向に移動させるとともに前記粉体層形成装置を鉛直上方向の切削加工に干渉しない位置まで移動させるように構成される、
請求項1に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記粉体層形成装置は、前記材料粉体の吐出の開始と停止を切替可能に構成される、
請求項1又は請求項2に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記粉体層形成装置には、前記材料粉体を前記造形領域に吐出する材料吐出部と、前記材料吐出部を開閉させるシャッターと、前記シャッターがスライド可能に収容されるシャッター導通孔と、前記シャッター導通孔の側面と前記シャッターの間の隙間部分を介した前記材料粉体の飛散を防止するシール部材とが設けられる、
請求項3に記載の積層造形装置。 - 前記材料粉体層を形成しこれを前記レーザ光で焼結する造形サイクルを、前記造形領域における互いに異なる複数の局所領域に対して実行するように構成され、且つ同層における互いに隣接する前記局所領域が部分的に重なるように構成される、
