実施例1の段階5.において、段階4.で製造された炭素ナノチューブフィルムを40〜400℃の温度範囲で1〜10℃/minの速度で昇温しながら8時間加熱した以外は、実施例1と同様にしてポリイミドフィルムを得た。
実施例1の段階2.で33.59gのN,N−ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)に3.2023g(0.01moL)の2,2’−TFDBを溶解させ、この溶液を0℃に維持した。3.64355g(0.007moL)の6HBDAを投入した後、1.551g(0.003moL)のODPAを投入して1時間攪拌し、6HBDAおよびODPAを完全に溶解させた。この際、固形分の濃度は20重量%であった。その後、溶液を常温に放置して8時間攪拌した。この際、23℃での溶液粘度が1800poiseのポリアミド酸溶液を得た以外は同様にしてポリイミドフィルムを製造した。
実施例1の段階4.において、カルボキシル基が露出された炭素ナノチューブを0.2重量%にしてエタノールで分散させた以外は、実施例1と同様にしてポリイミドフィルムを製造した。
実施例1の段階5.を実施していない以外は、実施例1と同様にしてポリイミドフィルムを製造した。
炭素ナノチューブ分散液の製造:実施例1の段階1.で準備されたカルボキシル基が露出された炭素ナノチューブ0.1重量%をエタノールに入れた後、ソニケーターで10時間分散させた。ここにアミドカップリング剤としてのDCC(1,3-ジシクロヘキシルカルボジイミド)とHOBt(1-ヒドロキシベンゾトリアゾール)をそれぞれ12mMの濃度で溶解させた。
高抵抗(107Ω/□以上)は、Mitsubishi Chemical社製の抵抗測定器を用いて、連続的に電圧を前記実施例1〜4、比較例1および比較例2の炭素ナノチューブフィルムに加えて測定した。この際、10V、100V、250V、500V、および1000Vに電圧を変えながら測定を行った。また、抵抗を測定するために、金属素材の基板上に試料を設置し、毎試料当たり10〜30秒の間隔で測定した。この際、環状のプローブを使用した。
前記実施例1〜4、比較例1および比較例2の炭素ナノチューブフィルムの表面抵抗(R0)を測定した後、同一の炭素ナノチューブフィルムに長さ5cmの3M Scotch Magic(商品名)Tape810を接着させた。10分後、このテープを表面から除去した。テープが除去された面の表面抵抗(R1)を測定し、下記数式1で計算して剥離指数を求めた
前記実施例1〜4、比較例1および比較例2の炭素ナノチューブフィルムの表面抵抗(R0)を測定した後、それぞれのフィルムを汎用Gradeのエタノールに浸漬し、25℃でJeotech社のUC−05(Bath Type、40KHz)のソニケーターで1時間超音波処理し、取り出してエタノールで洗浄し、その後乾燥させた。こうして処理された炭素ナノチューブの表面抵抗(R2)を測定した。
Claims (7)
- 基材層上に、第1溶媒およびカルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブを含む第1分散体を塗布する段階と、
塗布された第1分散体から溶媒を除去し、カルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブのネットワーク層を形成する段階と、
カルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブのネットワーク層上に、第1溶媒およびアミン基(−NH2)を有する樹脂を含む第2分散体を塗布して、カルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブのネットワーク層に第2分散体を浸透させる段階と、
基材層を剥離する段階と、
アミン基(−NH2)を有する樹脂とカルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブとの間にアミド結合を形成させる段階とを含むことを特徴とする、伝導性材料の製造方法。 - アミン基(−NH2)を有する樹脂と、カルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブとの間にアミド結合を形成させる段階は、基材層を剥離することによって得られたコーティングフィルムを、第2溶媒とアミドカップリング剤を含むカップリング液に浸漬させることにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- アミン基(−NH2)を有する樹脂と、カルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブとの間にアミド結合を形成させる段階は、40〜400℃で1〜10℃/minの速度で昇温しながら0.5時間以上加熱することにより行われることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 第1溶媒は、アルコール、水、アセトン、エーテルおよびトルエンの中から選ばれた1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- カルボキシル基(−COOH)を有する炭素ナノチューブは酸処理によって製造されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の製造方法。
- 第2溶媒は、N−メチル−2−ピロリドン(NMP)、ジメチルアセトアミド(DMAc)、ジメチルホルムアミド(DMF)、シクロヘキサノン、エタノール、メタノール、およびクロロベンゼンの中から選ばれた1種または2種以上であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- アミドカップリング剤は、1,3−ジシクロヘキシルカルボジイミド(DCC)、1−エチル−3−(3−ジメチルアミノプロピル)カルボジイミド・HCl、およびジ−n−ヘキシルカルボジイミドの中から選ばれた1種または2種以上と1−ヒドロキシベンゾトリアゾール(HOBt)との混合物であることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
