よりなる室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物である。
粘度20,000mPa・sの分子鎖両末端メチルジメトキシシロキシ基封鎖ポリジメチルシロキサン100部、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウム(丸尾カルシウム株式会社製/スーパーSS)200部、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム(白石工業株式会社製/白艶華TDD)100部、カーボンブラック5部、粘度100mPa・sの分子鎖両末端トリメチルシロキシ基封鎖ポリジメチルシロキサン33部を均一に混合した後、メチルトリメトキシシラン5部、ジイソプロポキシビス(エチルアセトアセテート)チタン3部、イソシアヌル酸1,3,5,−トリス[3−(トリメトキシシリル)プロピル]1部を混合して1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウムを270部に、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウムを30部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウムを290部に、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウムを10部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウムを297部に、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウムを3部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例2において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウム270部の替わりに、樹脂酸で表面処理された重質炭酸カルシウム(備北粉化工業株式会社製/μ-POWDER 2R)270部を配合した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例2において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウム270重量部の替わりに、樹脂酸で表面処理された重質炭酸カルシウム(備北粉化工業株式会社製/μ-POWDER 2R)270部、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム30部の替わりに、未処理の軽質炭酸カルシウム(白石工業株式会社製/Brilliant-1500)を30部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウム200部の替わりに、脂肪酸で表面処理された重質炭酸カルシウム(OMYA Inc.製/OMYACARB FT)200部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム100部の替わりに、脂肪酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム(白石工業株式会社製/白艶華CCR)を100部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウム200部の替わりに、脂肪酸で表面処理された重質炭酸カルシウム(OMYA Inc.製/OMYACARB FT)200部、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム100部の替わりに、脂肪酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム(白石工業株式会社製/白艶華CCR)を100部に変更した以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
実施例1において、未処理の重質炭酸カルシウム(丸尾カルシウム株式会社製/スーパーSS)を300部に変更し、樹脂酸で表面処理された軽質炭酸カルシウムを使用しないこと以外は、実施例1と同様にして1液型室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物を調製した。
Claims (4)
- (A)25℃における粘度が20〜1,000,000センチストークスであり、分子鎖末端がシラノール基またはケイ素原子結合加水分解性基で封鎖された直鎖状のポリオルガノシロキサン100重量部、
(B)1分子中にケイ素原子結合加水分解性基を3個以上有する有機ケイ素化合物0.1〜15重量部、
(C)縮合反応触媒0〜15重量部、
(D)未処理の重質炭酸カルシウムまたは表面が樹脂酸で処理された重質炭酸カルシウム100〜400重量部
(E)未処理の軽質炭酸カルシウムまたは表面が樹脂酸で処理された軽質炭酸カルシウム1〜200重量部
(但し、(D)成分、(E)成分の少なくとも一方は樹脂酸で処理されている必要がある。また、(D)成分、(E)成分の合計中、(D)成分が50〜99.9重量%である)よりなる室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。 - (D)成分が未処理の重質炭酸カルシウムであり、(E)成分が表面が樹脂酸で処理された軽質炭酸カルシウムである請求項1記載の室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- (D)成分が表面が樹脂酸で処理された重質炭酸カルシウムであり、(E)成分が表面が樹脂酸で処理された軽質炭酸カルシウムである請求項1記載の室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
- (D)成分が表面が樹脂酸で処理された重質炭酸カルシウムであり、(E)成分が未処理の軽質炭酸カルシウムである請求項1記載の室温硬化性ポリオルガノシロキサン組成物。
