Claims (4)
- 二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムを用いた積層体であって、
前記二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムは、フィルム表面が低温プラズマ処理されていることにより、該フィルム表面における酸素原子(O)と炭素原子(C)との組成比(O/C)が、貼り合わせ時において、理論値の105%以上、115%以下となっており、加熱温度100℃ないし200℃にて熱融着可能とされていると共に、
前記二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムと、金属箔とが、接着剤を用いずに、熱融着により貼り合わされていることを特徴とする積層体。 - 二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムを用いた積層体であって、
前記二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムは、フィルム表面が低温プラズマ処理されていることにより、該フィルム表面における酸素原子(O)と炭素原子(C)との組成比(O/C)が、貼り合わせ時において、理論値の105%以上、115%以下となっており、加熱温度100℃ないし200℃にて熱融着可能とされていると共に、
前記二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルム同士が、接着剤を用いずに、複数枚熱融着により貼り合わされており、全体の厚みが0.5mm以上とされていることを特徴とする積層体。 - 請求項1記載の積層体を製造するための方法であって、
前記二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムと、前記金属箔とを、接着剤を用いずに、熱プレスあるいは熱ロールを用いて熱融着させることを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。 - 請求項2記載の積層体を製造するための方法であって、
前記二軸延伸飽和ポリエステル系フィルムを、複数枚積層し、接着剤を用いずに、熱プレスあるいは熱ロールを用いて全体を一括して熱融着させることを特徴とする積層体の製造方法。
