Description
Claims (10)
- アラミド繊維とアラミドパルプとからなり、プラズマ表面処理されたアラミド紙と、プラズマ表面処理されたポリエステルフィルムとを、室温〜100℃未満の温度で、一対の加圧ロールを用いて線圧250kgf/cm以上の圧力により、積層接着したことを特徴とする無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムがポリエチレンテレフタレート又はポリエチレンナフタレートであることを特徴とする請求項1記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記積層体はアラミド紙−ポリエステルフィルム−アラミド紙の3層構造を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記ロールは剛直な材質からなる請求項1記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記ロールはロールベンディング方式の撓み補正機構を備え、これによりロールの撓み量を調整することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれか1項記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 少なくとも前記ロールは温度制御可能な雰囲気内に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれか1項記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記アラミド−ポリエステル積層体へ加えられる前記一対の加圧ロールの線圧が300kgf/cm以上である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記アラミド−ポリエステル積層体へ加えられる前記一対の加圧ロールの線圧が400kgf/cm以上である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムがポリエチレンナフタレートであり、前記加圧ロールは、温度が100℃未満〜40℃、線圧が300kgf/cm以上である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
- 前記ポリエステルフィルムがポリエチレンナフタレートであり、前記加圧ロールは、温度が100℃未満〜40℃、線圧が400kgf/cm以上である請求項1ないし6のいずれか1記載の無接着剤アラミド−ポリエステル積層体の製造方法。
