Description
以下に、本発明及びその関連態様を記載する。
態様1.フィルムの総重量に基づき、5〜35重量%のボイド形成助剤が内部に分散された配向ポリエステルを含んでなり、95℃の水浴中において5秒後の収縮率が少なくとも40%で且つ85℃の水浴中で15分後の密度が1.05g/cc又はそれ以下であるボイド含有収縮フィルム。
態様2.前記ポリエステルが、(i)二酸残基の総モルに基づき、少なくとも80モル%の、テレフタル酸、ナフタレンジカルボン酸、1,4−シクロヘキサン−ジカルボン酸及びイソフタル酸から選ばれた1種又はそれ以上の二酸の残基を含む二酸残基と、(ii)ジオール残基の総モルに基づき、10〜100モル%の、1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ネオペンチルグリコール及びジエチレングリコールから選ばれた1種又はそれ以上のジオールの残基;並びに0〜90モル%の、エチレングリコール、1,2−プロパンジオール、1,3−プロパンジオール、1,4−ブタンジオール、1,5−ペンタンジオール、1,6−ヘキサンジオール、1,8−オクタンジオール、2,2,4−トリメチル−1,3−ペンタンジオール、2,2,4,4−テトラメチル−1,3−シクロブタンジオール、1,3−シクロヘキサンジメタノール、ビスフェノールA及びポリアルキレングリコールから選ばれた1種又はそれ以上のジオールの残基を含むジオール残基を含む態様1に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様3.前記ジオール残基が10〜99モル%の1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール残基、0〜90モル%のエチレングリコール残基及び1〜25モル%のジエチレングリコール残基を含み;且つ前記二酸残基が0〜20モル%の、コハク酸、グルタル酸、アジピン酸、スベリン酸、セバシン酸、アゼライン酸、ダイマー酸及びスルホイソフタル酸からなる群から選ばれた改質用二酸の1つ又はそれ以上の残基を更に含む態様2に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様4.前記ボイド形成助剤が、セルロース系ポリマー、澱粉、エステル化澱粉、ポリケトン、ポリエステル、ポリアミド、ポリスルホン、ポリイミド、ポリカーボネート、オレフィン系ポリマー及びそれらのコポリマーからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のポリマー;又はタルク、二酸化珪素、二酸化チタン、炭酸カルシウム、硫酸バリウム、カオリン、ウォラストナーイト及びマイカからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種の無機化合物を含む態様3に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様5.前記ボイド形成助剤がセルロースアセテート、セルローストリアセテート、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート、セルロースアセテートブチレート、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアセテート、エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー、エチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、イオノマー及びそれらのコポリマーからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のポリマーを含む態様4に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様6.前記ボイド形成助剤がセルロースアセテート、ポリプロピレン及びエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む態様5に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様7.前記二酸残基が少なくとも95モル%のテレフタル酸残基を含み;前記ジオール残基が10〜40モル%の1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール残基、1〜25モル%のジエチレングリコール残基及び35〜89モル%のエチレングリコール残基を含み;且つ前記ボイド形成助剤がセルロースアセテート、ポリプロピレン及びエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む態様3に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様8.前記フィルムを少なくとも1つの方向に伸張し、前記フィルムが95℃の水浴中で5秒後に少なくとも50%の収縮率を有する態様7に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様9.前記フィルムが複数の層を含み、それらの層のうちの少なくとも1層が前記ボイド形成助剤を含む態様2に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様10.溶剤接着、ホットメルト接着剤、紫外線硬化性接着剤、高周波シール、ヒートシール又は超音波接着によって継ぎ合わせられる態様1に記載の収縮フィルムを含むスリーブ又はロール供給ラベル。
態様11.フィルムの総重量に基づき、5〜35重量%の前記ボイド形成助剤を含み、前記ボイド形成助剤が40〜60重量%のセルロースアセテート、20〜40重量%のポリプロピレン及び5〜40重量%のエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含み;前記フィルムが95℃の水浴中で5秒後の収縮率が少なくとも40%であり且つ85℃の水浴中で15分後の密度が1.05g/cc又はそれ以下である態様7に記載の収縮フィルム。
態様12.(i)ポリエステル及びフィルムの総重量に基づき、5〜35重量%のボイド形成助剤を前記ポリエステルのTg又はそれ以上の温度で混合して、前記ポリエステル中ボイド形成助剤の均一分散体を形成し;(ii)フィルムを形成し;(iii)前記工程(ii)の前記フィルムを1つ又はそれ以上の方向において配向させ;そして(iv)前記工程(iii)からの前記フィルムを75〜110℃の温度においてアニールすることを含んでなり、95℃の水浴中で5秒後の収縮率が少なくとも40%であり且つ85℃の水浴中で15分後の密度が1.05g/cc又はそれ以下であるボイド含有収縮フィルムの製造方法。

態様16.前記ボイド形成助剤がセルロースアセテート、セルローストリアセテート、セルロースアセテートプロピオネート、セルロースアセテートブチレート、ポリエチレン、ポリスチレン、ポリプロピレン、エチレンビニルアセテート、エチレンビニルアルコールコポリマー、エチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマー、エチレンブチルアクリレートコポリマー、エチレンアクリル酸コポリマー、イオノマー及びそれらのコポリマーからなる群から選ばれた少なくとも1種のポリマーを含む態様15に記載の方法。
態様17.前記ボイド形成助剤が40〜60重量%のセルロースアセテート、20〜40重量%のポリプロピレン及び5〜40重量%のエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む態様16に記載の方法。
態様18.前記フィルムを一方向に配向させ、75℃又はそれ上の温度においてアニールし、そして1つ又はそれ以上の方向に2度目の配向をさせる態様12に記載の方法。
態様19.前記フィルムを80〜105℃の温度においてアニールする態様12に記載の方法。
態様20.前記フィルムを80℃〜85℃又は95〜100℃の温度においてアニールする態様12に記載の方法。
Claims (8)
- フィルムの総重量に基づき、20〜30重量%のボイド形成助剤が内部に分散された配向ポリエステルを含んでなり、少なくとも一つの方向に伸張比4〜6で配向され、そして85〜110℃の温度でアニールされている95℃の水浴中において5秒後の収縮率が少なくとも40%で且つ85℃の水浴中で15分後の密度が1.05g/cc又はそれ以下であるボイド含有収縮フィルムであって、前記ポリエステルが(i)少なくとも95モル%のテレフタル酸残基を含む二酸残基並びに(ii)10〜40モル%の1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール残基、1〜25モル%のジエチレングリコール残基及び35〜89モル%のエチレングリコール残基を含むジオール残基を含み;且つ前記ボイド形成助剤がセルロースアセテート、ポリプロピレン及びエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む収縮フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが95℃の水浴中で5秒後に少なくとも50%の収縮率を有する請求項1に記載の収縮フィルム。
- 前記フィルムが複数の層を含み、それらの層のうちの少なくとも1層が前記ボイド形成助剤を含む請求項1に記載の収縮フィルム。
- 溶剤接着、ホットメルト接着剤、紫外線硬化性接着剤、高周波シール、ヒートシール又は超音波接着によって継ぎ合わせられる請求項1に記載の収縮フィルムを含むスリーブ又はロール供給ラベル。
- 前記ボイド形成助剤が40〜60重量%のセルロースアセテート、20〜40重量%のポリプロピレン及び5〜40重量%のエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む請求項1に記載の収縮フィルム。
- (i)ポリエステル及びフィルムの総重量に基づき、20〜30重量%のボイド形成助剤を前記ポリエステルのTg又はそれ以上の温度で混合して、前記ポリエステル中ボイド形成助剤の均一分散体を形成し;(ii)フィルムを形成し;(iii)前記工程(ii)の前記フィルムを1つ又はそれ以上の方向において、伸張比4〜6で、配向させ;そして(iv)前記工程(iii)からの前記フィルムを85〜110℃の温度においてアニールすることを含んでなり、95℃の水浴中で5秒後の収縮率が少なくとも40%であり且つ85℃の水浴中で15分後の密度が1.05g/cc又はそれ以下であるボイド含有収縮フィルムの製造方法であって、前記ポリエステルが(i)少なくとも95モル%のテレフタル酸残基を含む二酸残基並びに(ii)10〜40モル%の1,4−シクロヘキサンジメタノール残基、1〜25モル%のジエチレングリコール残基及び35〜89モル%のエチレングリコール残基を含むジオール残基を含み;且つ前記ボイド形成助剤がセルロースアセテート、ポリプロピレン及びエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む製造方法。
- 前記ボイド形成助剤が40〜60重量%のセルロースアセテート、20〜40重量%のポリプロピレン及び5〜40重量%のエチレンメチルアクリレートコポリマーを含む請求項6に記載の方法。
- 前記フィルムを95〜100℃の温度においてアニールする請求項6に記載の方法。
