Claims (4)
- 基板上にモリブデン、モリブデン合金またはクロムを含む下部膜と、前記下部膜の上面の一部を露出する開口部を有し、アルミニウムまたはアルミニウム合金を含む上部膜とを含む第1導電層を形成する工程、
前記第1導電層を覆う絶縁膜を積層する工程、
前記絶縁膜をパターニングし前記開口部及び前記上部膜の上面を露出する接触孔を形成する工程及び
前記絶縁膜上に前記接触孔を通じて前記下部膜の露出した上面かつ前記上部膜の上面及び側面と接触し、IZOからなる第2導電層を形成する工程を含む配線の接触構造形成方法。 - 前記開口部は上部膜にのみ形成されている請求項1に記載の配線の接触構造形成方法。
- 前記開口部は4μm×4μm以下の面積で形成される請求項1または2に記載の配線の接触構造形成方法。
- 前記上部膜及び下部膜は、前記開口部に対応する開口を有する一つの感光膜パターンを用いた写真エッチング工程で形成する請求項1から3のいずれか1つに記載の配線の接触構造形成方法。
