Claims (14)
- a)塗装要素(2)を使って塗装剤を塗布する噴霧器(1)と、
b)色の異なる塗装剤を選択する複数の塗料導入口(4〜7)を有し、前記噴霧器(1)に構造的に一体化されるとともに、出口端において前記塗装要素(2)に接続されて、選択された塗装剤を前記塗装要素(2)に供給する内蔵型色替バルブ部(3)と、
c)色の異なる塗装剤を選択する複数の塗料導入口を有し、前記噴霧器(1)と構造的に別体化されるとともに、出口端において前記塗装要素(2)に接続されて、選択された塗装剤を前記塗装要素(2)に供給する外装型色替バルブ部(14)と、を備える、塗装装置において、
d)前記外装型色替バルブ部(14)は、少なくとも2個の分離した塗料吐出口を有し、
e)前記噴霧器(1)は、前記内蔵型色替バルブ部(3)の前記塗料導入口に加えて、少なくとも2個の追加の塗料導入路(20,21)が前記外装型色替バルブ(14)の塗料吐出口に接続されており、
f)2つの再循環バルブ(RA,RB)が備えられて、前記外装型色替バルブ部(14)のそれぞれの塗料吐出口への再循環を容易にする、
ことを特徴とする塗装装置。 - 前記再循環バルブ(RA,RB)は、
a)前記噴霧器(1)と構造的に一体化されているか、あるいは、
b)前記噴霧器(1)と構造的に別体化されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の塗装装置。 - a)前記内蔵型色替バルブ部(3)は、第1の計量装置(8)によって、複数の異なる色の塗装剤を供給され、および/または、
b)前記外装型色替バルブ部(14)は、第2の計量装置(15)によって、複数の異なる色の塗装剤を供給される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記第1の計量装置(8)は、前記噴霧器(1)と構造的に別体化されるとともに、
a)塗装ロボット(23)の上腕(26)上に配置される態様、
b)塗装ロボット(23)の下腕(27)上に配置される態様、
c)塗装ロボット(23)のフレーム(25)上に配置される態様、
d)塗装室内に静的に配置される態様、または、
e)塗装室外に静的に配置される態様、の内のいずれかの態様で配置されている、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記外装型色替バルブ部(14)、および/または、それに割り当てられた第2の計量装置(15)は、
a)塗装ロボット(23)の上腕(26)上に、または、
b)塗装ロボット(23)の下腕(27)上に、取り付けられている、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記第1の計量装置(8)、および/または、前記第2の計量装置(15)は、歯車ポンプ(29)の形態を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項3に記載の塗装装置。 - a)前記歯車ポンプ(29)は、回転自在に取り付けられた1組の歯車対(52〜59)を有する複数のポンプ室(30〜33)を備え、
b)前記ポンプ室(30〜33)はそれぞれ、前記噴霧器(1)の塗料導入口(4〜7,20,21)に塗装剤を供給し、
c)前記歯車ポンプ(29)は、前記歯車対のそれぞれを駆動する、共通の駆動軸(34)を備える、
ことを特徴とする請求項6に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記歯車ポンプ(29)は、複数のクラッチ(36〜39)を備えて、前記駆動軸(34)を前記歯車対(52〜59)に選択的に噛み合わせる、
ことを特徴とする請求項7に記載の塗装装置。 - a)前記ポンプ室(30〜33)は、前記駆動軸(34)の軸方向に直列に配置されるとともに、
b)隣接する前記ポンプ室(30〜33)は、共通の室壁を有する、
ことを特徴とする請求項7または8に記載の塗装装置。 - a)前記噴霧器(63)は、内蔵型色替バルブ部(70)が設置された第1のサブアセンブリー(67)を備えるとともに、
b)前記噴霧器(63)は、塗装要素(64)、特にベルプレートを有する第2のサブアセンブリー(68,69)を備え、
c)前記第1のサブアセンブリー(67)は、前記第2のサブアセンブリー(68,69)に分離可能に結合される、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至9のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記噴霧器(1,63)は、
a)回転噴霧器、
b)超音波噴霧器、
c)空気噴霧器、
d)エアレス装置、または、
e)空気混合装置である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記塗装剤は、
a)水を基材とする塗料、
b)溶剤を基材とする塗料、
c)粉末ラッカー、または、
d)接合シール材である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至11のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記塗装剤は、
a)フィラー
b)ベースコート、または、
c)透明ニスである、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。 - 前記塗装装置は、自動車の車体を塗装するための塗装装置である、
ことを特徴とする請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の塗装装置。
