Description

−バインダー、および、
−1種類以上の有機溶剤と任意で組み合わせた水か、1種類以上の互いに混和性を有する有機溶剤、
を含有する金属部品用の耐食コーティング組成物に関する。
−少なくとも1種類の微粒子金属を10重量%〜40重量%
−任意で酸化モリブデンMoO3と組み合わされた、酸化物または塩の形態におけるイットリウム、ジルコニウム、ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジムおよびネオジムから選択される、組成物のための耐食性強化剤を0.5%〜10%
−増粘剤を7重量%まで
−バインダーを3%〜20%、
−ケイ酸ナトリウムおよび/またはカリウムおよび/またはリチウムを3重量%まで、好ましくは0.05重量%〜2重量%
−1種類以上の潤滑剤を7重量%まで
−有機溶剤または有機溶剤の混合物を1重量%〜30重量%
−任意でホウ酸のような弱鉱酸を0.1重量%〜10重量%
−任意でアニオン界面活性剤を0.01重量%〜1重量%、および、
−100%までを補う水。

Claims (26)
- −10重量%〜40重量%の、亜鉛、アルミニウム、錫、マンガン、ニッケル、これらの合金およびこれらの混合物から選択される少なくとも1種類の微粒子金属、
−酸化物の形態におけるイットリウム、ジルコニウム、ランタン、セリウム、プラセオジムおよびネオジムから選択された組成物の耐食性のための強化剤、
−バインダー、および、
−水、又は水と1種類以上の有機溶剤との組合せ
を含有することを特徴とする金属部品用の耐食性コーティング組成物。 - 前記組成物の耐食性のための前記強化剤を、酸化モリブデンMoO3と組み合わせることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 0.5重量%〜2重量%の酸化モリブデンMoO3を含有することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記耐食性のための前記強化剤が、酸化物の形態Y2O3にあるイットリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記耐食性のための前記強化剤が、酸化物の形態CeO2にあるセリウムであることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記耐食性のための前記強化剤がLa2O3、Pr6O11、Nd2O3およびZrO2から選択される請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記少なくとも1種類の微粒子金属が、亜鉛、アルミニウム、これらの合金およびこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の耐食性のための前記強化剤を前記組成物の重量に対して0.5重量%〜10重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記組成物の前記耐食性のための前記強化剤を、0.25<耐食性強化剤/MoO3<20の重量比で酸化モリブデンMoO3と組み合わせることを特徴とする請求項2〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 3重量%〜20重量%の有機バインダーおよび/またはミネラルバインダーを水溶性相中に含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記バインダーが、アルコキシル化シラン、シリコーン樹脂、コロイダルシリカ、ナトリウムおよび/またはカリウムおよび/またはリチウムのケイ酸塩、ジルコネート、チタネート、エポキシ樹脂、フェノキシ樹脂、アクリル樹脂およびこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記バインダーが有機官能化シランであることを特徴とする請求項11に記載の組成物。
- ホワイトスピリット、アルコール、ケトン、芳香族溶剤、およびグリコール溶剤から選択される有機溶剤を含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 7重量%までの増粘剤も含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 前記増粘剤が、ヒドロキシメチルセルロース、ヒドロキシエチルセルロース、ヒドロキシプロピルセルロースまたはヒドロキシプロピルメチルセルロース、キサンタンガム、ポリウレタンまたはアクリル系の結合増粘剤、シリカ、シリケート、または有機親和性クレイおよびこれらの混合物から選択されることを特徴とする請求項14に記載の組成物。
- ポリエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、MoS2、グラファイト、ポリスルホン、合成または天然ワックスおよび窒化ホウ素、ならびにそれらの混合物から選択される、自己潤滑系を得るための潤滑剤も含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜15のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- 消泡剤、湿潤剤、界面活性剤および殺生物剤から選択された添加剤も含有することを特徴とする請求項1〜16のいずれか一項に記載の組成物。
- −前記少なくとも1種類の微粒子金属を10重量%〜40重量%と、
−前記組成物の耐食性のための前記強化剤を0.5重量%〜10重量%と、
−前記バインダーを3重量%〜20重量%と、
−前記1種類以上の有機溶剤を1重量%〜30重量%と、
−総量が100重量%となるように添加される前記水と
を含有する請求項1〜17のいずれか一項に記載の組成物であって、さらに
−7重量%までの増粘剤と、
−3重量%までのナトリウムおよび/またはカリウムおよび/またはリチウムのケイ酸塩と、

を含有することを特徴とする組成物。 - 0.1重量%〜10重量%の弱鉱酸も含有することを特徴とする請求項18に記載の組成物。
- 0.01重量%〜1重量%のアニオン界面活性剤も含有することを特徴とする請求項18または19に記載の組成物。
- スプレー、浸漬ドレンまたは浸漬遠心分離により請求項1〜20のいずれか一項に記載の前記コーティング組成物からコーティング層が得られ、次いでそのコーティング層が対流または赤外により、70℃〜350℃の温度で、10〜60分間、焼成工程にかけられて成ることを特徴とする金属部品の耐食コーティング。
- 焼成工程の前に、対流または赤外により、70℃の温度領域で10〜30分間オンラインにて前記コートされた金属部品が乾燥工程にかけられることを特徴とする請求項21に記載の金属部品の耐食コーティング。
- 3μm〜15μmの乾燥フィルム厚さで保護されるように金属部品に適用されることを特徴とする請求項21または22に記載の金属部品の耐食コーティング。
- 請求項21〜23のいずれか一項に記載の耐食コーティングが与えられた金属基材。
- 前記耐食コーティングは、アルカリシリケート、アクリル樹脂、ジルコネート、チタネート、シラン、エポキシ樹脂、フェノール樹脂またはこれらの混合物のいずれかを含む他のコーティングでそれ自体がコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項24に記載の金属基材。
- 前記耐食コーティングは、ポリエチレン、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン、MoS2、グラファイト、ポリスルホン、合成または天然ワックスおよび窒化ホウ素並びにそれらの混合物から選択される潤滑剤を含むその他のコーティングでそれ自体がコーティングされていることを特徴とする請求項25に記載の金属基材。
