Abstract
本发明公开了一种金属防腐乳液及其制备方法,该金属防腐乳液由以下组分制备而成:成膜剂4‑10wt%、甲醇5wt%、羟基丙烯酸树脂10‑30wt%、乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠占羟基丙烯酸树脂1‑2wt%、植酸2‑10wt%、铈盐0.2‑1wt%、纳米羟基硅酸镁2‑15wt%,分散剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮0.1‑0.2wt%,水40‑60wt%。该制备方法,包括以下步骤:按重量百分比将成膜剂4—10%和甲醇5%溶于水中;用乙酸调整pH值至4.5;升温至35‑45℃并搅拌6‑12小时;再将其它组分与其混合,得到防腐乳液。本发明金属防腐乳液,附着力强、收缩率低,干燥快速,无渗色现象,防腐蚀性能好。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,尤其涉及一种金属防腐乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
在我国进入工业化的今天,金属的腐蚀是我们所面临的一个十分严峻的问题,每年因金属腐蚀造成的损失超过火灾、风灾和地震造成的损失的总和,因此人们采取多种手段,保护容易锈蚀的金属表面,这些方法包括电化学保护法、腐蚀介质处理法、覆盖层保护法等等,但迄今为止,最经济、最普遍、最实用的保护措施还是涂料保护,金属防腐乳液就是其中的一种涂料,但现有的防腐乳液存在收缩率大,干燥慢的缺陷.
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提出一种金属防腐乳液及其制备方法,作为本发明的金属防腐乳液具有附着力强、收缩率低,干燥快速,无渗色现象,防腐蚀性能好的特点。
为了实现上述目的,本发明金属防腐乳液由以下组分制备而成:
成膜剂4-10wt%、甲醇5wt%、羟基丙烯酸树脂10-30wt%、乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠占羟基丙烯酸树脂1-2wt%、植酸2-10wt%、铈盐0.2-1wt%、纳米羟基硅酸镁2-15wt%,分散剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮0.1-0.2wt%,水40-60wt%。
所述成膜剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
所述铈盐为硝酸铈铵、硝酸铈、氯化铈。
作为本发明金属防腐乳液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
按重量百分比将成膜剂4—10%和甲醇5%溶于水中;
用乙酸调整pH值至4.5;
升温至35-45℃并搅拌6-12小时;
再将其它组分与其混合,得到防腐乳液。
本发明金属防腐乳液,附着力强、收缩率低,干燥快速,无渗色现象,防腐蚀性能好。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细叙述。
实施例一:
一种金属防腐乳液,所述防腐乳液由以下各组份制备而成:成膜剂6wt%、甲醇5wt%、羟基丙烯酸树脂20wt%、乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠占羟基丙烯酸树脂1wt%、植酸5wt%、铈盐0.5wt%、纳米羟基硅酸镁10wt%,分散剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮0.1wt%,水55.2wt%。所述的成膜剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,各占3wt%;所述的铈盐为硝酸铈铵。
制备方法:将成膜剂6wt%、甲醇5wt%溶于水中,用乙酸调整pH值至4.5,升温至35-45℃并搅拌6-12小时,再将其它组分与其混合,得到防腐乳液。
实施例二:
一种金属防腐乳液,所述防腐乳液由以下各组份制备而成:成膜剂10wt%、甲醇5wt%、羟基丙烯酸树脂10wt%、乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠占羟基丙烯酸树脂1wt%、植酸10wt%、铈盐1.0wt%、纳米羟基硅酸镁15wt%,分散剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮0.2wt%,水48.7wt%。所述的成膜剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,各占5wt%;所述的铈盐为硝酸铈。
制备方法:将成膜剂10wt%、甲醇5wt%溶于水中,用乙酸调整pH值至4.5,升温至35-45℃并搅拌6-12小时,再将其它组分与其混合,得到防腐乳液。
实施例三:
一种金属防腐乳液,所述防腐乳液由以下各组份制备而成:成膜剂4wt%、甲醇5wt%、羟基丙烯酸树脂30wt%、乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠占羟基丙烯酸树脂2wt%、植酸3wt%、铈盐0.2wt%、纳米羟基硅酸镁2wt%,分散剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮0.1wt%,水55.1wt%。所述的成膜剂为γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷和乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷,各占3wt%;所述的铈盐为氯化铈。
制备方法:将成膜剂4wt%、甲醇5wt%溶于水中,用乙酸调整pH值至4.5,升温至35-45℃并搅拌6-12小时,再将其它组分与其混合,得到防腐乳液。
本发明金属防腐乳液,附着力强、收缩率低,干燥快速,无渗色现象,防腐蚀性能好。
Claims (4)
1.一种金属防腐乳液,其特征在于,所述防腐乳液由以下组分制备而成:成膜剂4-10wt%、甲醇5wt%、羟基丙烯酸树脂10-30wt%、乳化剂十二烷基磺酸钠占羟基丙烯酸树脂1-2wt%、植酸2-10wt%、铈盐0.2-1wt%、纳米羟基硅酸镁2-15wt%,分散剂聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮0.1-0.2wt%,水40-60wt%。
2.根据权利要求1所述防腐乳液,其特征在于:所述成膜剂为γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷、γ-甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
3.根据权利要求1所述防腐乳液,其特征在于:所述铈盐为硝酸铈铵、硝酸铈、氯化铈。
4.一种根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述防腐乳液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
按重量百分比将成膜剂4—10%和甲醇5%溶于水中;
用乙酸调整pH值至4.5;
升温至35-45℃并搅拌6-12小时;
再将其它组分与其混合,得到防腐乳液。
