Claims (15)
- ベースマトリクス及び前記ベースマトリクス中の金属を含むベース材と、
防食材であって、
モリブデン酸亜鉛、
クエン酸セリウム、
メタケイ酸マグネシウム、及び
リン酸ケイ酸金属塩の全てを含む、防食材と、
を備え、
前記ベースマトリクス中の前記金属が、アルミニウム、アルミニウム合金、亜鉛、亜鉛合金、マグネシウム、マグネシウム合金、またはそれらの組み合わせを備え、
前記ベース材と前記防食材とが別個の2層であり、
前記防食材が前記ベース材上に塗工されており、
前記ベースマトリクスとは異なる第2のマトリクスを更に備え、前記防食材が、前記第2のマトリクス中に混合されている、防食コーティング。 - 前記ベースマトリクスが、シリケート、エポキシ、セラミック、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の防食コーティング。
- 70容積%~95容積%のベース材と、
5容積%~30容積%の防食材と、
を含む、請求項1または請求項2に記載の防食コーティング。 - 10容積%以下の防食材を含む、請求項1~3のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。
- 前記防食材が、
25重量%のモリブデン酸亜鉛と、
25重量%のクエン酸セリウムと、
25重量%のメタケイ酸マグネシウムと、
25重量%のリン酸ケイ酸金属塩と、
を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。 - 前記防食材が、
1重量%~50重量%のモリブデン酸亜鉛と、
1重量%~50重量%のクエン酸セリウムと、
1重量%~50重量%のメタケイ酸マグネシウムと、
1重量%~50重量%のリン酸ケイ酸金属塩と、
を含む、請求項1~4のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。 - クロムの含有量が0%である、請求項1~6のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。
- モリブデン酸マグネシウムの含有量が0%である、請求項1~7のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。
- 前記リン酸ケイ酸金属塩が、リン酸ケイ酸アルミニウム、リン酸ケイ酸亜鉛、リン酸ケイ酸カルシウム、リン酸ケイ酸ストロンチウム、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1~8のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。
- 前記防食材が粉末である、請求項1~9のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティング。
- 前記第2のマトリクスが、シリケート、エポキシ、セラミック、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項1に記載の防食コーティング。
- 請求項1~11のいずれか1項に記載の防食コーティングで被覆された、基材。
- 鋼鉄、アルミニウム、亜鉛、マグネシウム、またはそれらの組み合わせを含む、請求項12に記載の基材。
- 航空機部品である、請求項12または請求項13に記載の基材。
- 前記航空機部品が、プロペラブレード、プロペラシャンク、プロペラハブ、プロペラバレル、プロペラチューリップ、着陸装置部品、エンジン装置、エンジンディスク、シャフト、ストラット、またはカウンターウェイトである、請求項14に記載の基材。
