Claims (6)
- 結晶粒子中にポアを有するチタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子によって構成された複数の誘電体層と、該誘電体層間に形成された複数の内部電極層と、該内部電極層に電気的に接続された外部電極とを具備する積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、前記チタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子がコア部とその周囲に形成された前記コア部よりも正方晶の比率の低いシェル部とから構成されるコアシェル構造を有し、かつ前記ポアが主として前記コア部に形成されていることを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記ポアの平均径が前記チタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子の平均粒径の1/5以下である請求項1に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記チタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子が希土類元素を含み、該チタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子に含まれる酸素のs軌道のXPSにおけるピーク強度をOs、前記希土類元素のp軌道のXPSにおけるピーク強度をREpとしたときに、前記Osと前記REpとのピーク強度比REp/Osが0.4〜0.6の範囲である請求項1または2に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記チタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子がCaを0.2原子%以下の割合で含有するチタン酸バリウム結晶粒子とCaを0.4原子%以上含有するチタン酸バリウムカルシウム結晶粒子との複合体である請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記チタン酸バリウム系結晶粒子が示すキュリー温度よりも高い温度および定格電圧の1/3以上の電圧の高温負荷を与えた後における交流インピーダンス測定での前記誘電体層中の粒界の抵抗減少率が、前記高温負荷を与える前の前記交流インピーダンス測定での前記誘電体層中の粒界の抵抗値の1%/min以下である請求項1乃至4のうちいずれかに記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記ポアが前記コア部にのみ形成されている請求項1に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
