Claims (4)
- コアシェル構造を有し、チタン酸バリウムを主成分とする結晶粒子と、該結晶粒子間に存在する粒界相とを有する誘電体磁器であって、前記チタン酸バリウムを構成するバリウム100モルに対して、バナジウムを酸化物換算で0.1〜0.2モル、マグネシウムを酸化物換算で0.55〜0.75モル、イットリウム、ディスプロシウム、ホルミウム、エルビウムおよびテルビウムのうち少なくとも1種の希土類元素を酸化物換算で0.55〜0.75モル、およびマンガンを酸化物換算で0.25〜0.6モル含有し、キュリー温度が80〜90℃であることを特徴とする誘電体磁器。
- 前記マンガンを酸化物換算で0.25〜0.35モル含有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の誘電体磁器。
- 前記結晶粒子の平均粒径が0.25〜0.35μmであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の誘電体磁器。
- 請求項1乃至3のうちいずれかに記載の誘電体磁器からなる誘電体層と内部電極層との積層体から構成されていることを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
