前記誘電体層は、Ca、Zr、Ti、Si、Mn、および、希土類元素を含む複数の誘電体粒子と、複数の前記誘電体粒子の間に存在するPとを含み、
前記希土類元素の少なくとも一部は、前記誘電体粒子内に固溶しており、
前記誘電体層には、前記Zr100モル部に対して前記Pが0.001モル部以上11モル部以下含まれており、
前記Zr100モル部に対して、
前記Siの含有量は、0.1モル部以上5.0モル部以下であり、
前記Mnの含有量は、0.2モル部以上5.0モル部以下であることを特徴とする。

(a)第1のサイズ:積層セラミックコンデンサ10の積層方向Tの寸法は、0.35mm以上0.65mm以下であり、幅方向Wの寸法は、0.35mm以上0.65mm以下であり、長さ方向Lの寸法は、0.85mm以上1.15mm以下である。
(b)第2のサイズ:積層セラミックコンデンサ10の積層方向Tの寸法は、1.45mm以上1.70mm以下であり、幅方向Wの寸法は、1.45mm以上1.70mm以下であり、長さ方向Lの寸法は、3.05mm以上3.35mm以下である。
(c)第3のサイズ:積層セラミックコンデンサ10の積層方向Tの寸法は、2.35mm以上2.65mm以下であり、幅方向Wの寸法は、2.35mm以上2.65mm以下であり、長さ方向Lの寸法は、3.05mm以上3.35mm以下である。
上述した積層セラミックコンデンサ10の製造方法の一例を以下で説明する。
誘電体層12に含まれるCa、Zr、Ti、希土類元素、Sr、Hf、および、Pの組成比が異なる27種類の積層セラミックコンデンサを作製して、EIA規格でのC0G特性を満たすか否か、および、信頼性を確認した。ここでは、希土類元素としてLaを用いた。
誘電体層12に、Ca、Sr、希土類元素、Zr、Ti、P、Si、および、Mnが含まれるとともに、SiおよびMnの含有量が異なる15種類の積層セラミックコンデンサを作製して、作製する際の焼成安定性、および、積層セラミックコンデンサの信頼性について確認した。表2に、各元素の組成比、焼成安定性、および、信頼性を示す。

- 積層された複数の誘電体層と複数の内部電極とを含み、積層方向において相対する第1の主面および第2の主面と、前記積層方向と直交する幅方向において相対する第1の側面および第2の側面と、前記積層方向および前記幅方向と直交する長さ方向において相対する第1の端面および第2の端面とを有するセラミック素体と、
前記内部電極と電気的に接続され、前記セラミック素体の前記第1の端面および前記第2の端面にそれぞれ設けられた外部電極と、
を備え、
前記誘電体層は、Ca、Zr、Ti、Si、Mn、および、希土類元素を含む複数の誘電体粒子と、複数の前記誘電体粒子の間に存在するPとを含み、
前記希土類元素の少なくとも一部は、前記誘電体粒子内に固溶しており、
前記誘電体層には、前記Zr100モル部に対して前記Pが0.001モル部以上11モル部以下含まれており、
前記Zr100モル部に対して、
前記Siの含有量は、0.1モル部以上5.0モル部以下であり、
前記Mnの含有量は、0.2モル部以上5.0モル部以下であることを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記誘電体層には、前記Zr100モル部に対して、
前記Caが70モル部以上107モル部以下含まれ、
Srが0モル部以上26モル部以下含まれ、
前記希土類元素が0.1モル部以上5モル部以下含まれ、
前記Tiが0.1モル部以上6モル部以下含まれ、
Hfが1モル部以上3モル部以下含まれていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記希土類元素は、La、Ce、Pr、Pm、Sm、Eu、Tb、Gd、Nd、Dy、Ho、および、Yのうちの少なくとも1つであることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記Pは、少なくとも3つの前記誘電体粒子の粒界三重点および粒界に存在することを特徴とする請求項1~3のいずれかに記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記積層セラミックコンデンサのサイズは、
前記積層セラミックコンデンサの前記積層方向の寸法は、0.35mm以上0.65mm以下であり、前記幅方向の寸法は、0.35mm以上0.65mm以下であり、前記長さ方向の寸法は、0.85mm以上1.15mm以下である第1のサイズ、
前記積層セラミックコンデンサの前記積層方向の寸法は、1.45mm以上1.70mm以下であり、前記幅方向の寸法は、1.45mm以上1.70mm以下であり、前記長さ方向の寸法は、3.05mm以上3.35mm以下である第2のサイズ、および、
前記積層セラミックコンデンサの前記積層方向の寸法は、2.35mm以上2.65mm以下であり、前記幅方向の寸法は、2.35mm以上2.65mm以下であり、前記長さ方向の寸法は、3.05mm以上3.35mm以下である第3のサイズ
のうちのいずれかのサイズであることを特徴とする請求項1~4のいずれかに記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記第1のサイズにおける前記内部電極の枚数は、100枚以上550枚以下であり、
前記第2のサイズにおける前記内部電極の枚数は、230枚以上830枚以下であり、
前記第3のサイズにおける前記内部電極の枚数は、230枚以上1520枚以下であることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。 - 前記誘電体層の前記積層方向の寸法は、0.3μm以上3.0μm以下であることを特徴とする請求項1~6のいずれかに記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
- 前記誘電体粒子の平均粒子径は、100nm以上であり、かつ、前記誘電体層の前記積層方向の寸法の80%以下の大きさであることを特徴とする請求項1~7のいずれかに記載の積層セラミックコンデンサ。
