Abstract
【解決手段】積層セラミックコンデンサ10は、誘電体セラミック層14と内部電極16とが交互に積層された内層部18と、内層部18の外側に形成される外層部20とを含む。誘電体セラミック層14は、Ca、Zrを含有する主成分と、SiおよびMnを含有する添加物とを含むペロブスカイト型化合物を有する。外層部20を構成する誘電体セラミック14の平均粒径は、内層部18を構成する誘電体セラミック層14の平均粒径より小さい。内部電極16と誘電体セラミック層14の界面近傍における誘電体セラミック中のSi/Mnモル比が、Si/Mnモル比≦15の範囲にある。

得られた原料粉末の組成をICP発光分光分析にて確認した結果を表1および表2に示した。表1および表2中、wはSr/(Ca+Sr+Ba)のモル比、xはBa/(Ca+Sr+Ba)のモル比、yはTi/(Zr+Ti+Hf)のモル比、zはHf/(Zr+Ti+Hf)のモル比、mはZr、Ti、Hfの合計含有量1モル部に対するCa、Sr、Baの合計含有モル部、aはZr、Ti、Hfの合計含有量100モル部に対するSiの含有モル部、bはZr、Ti、Hfの合計含有量100モル部に対するMnの含有モル部、cはZr、Ti、Hfの合計含有量100モル部に対するMの含有モル部である。また、表1および表2に、各試料におけるMの種類を示した。なお、Hfは、原料粉末の作製や、その他の積層セラミックコンデンサの製造工程のいずれかの段階において、不純物として混入するものであるが、このような不純物の混入は、積層セラミックコンデンサの電気的特性上、問題となることはない。

Claims (1)
- 誘電体セラミック層と内部電極とが交互に積層された内層部と、前記内層部の外側に形成される内部電極のない誘電体セラミック層からなる外層部とを含む積層セラミックコンデンサであって、
前記内層部および前記外層部を構成する前記誘電体セラミック層は、CaおよびZrを含有するペロブスカイト型化合物と、SiおよびMnとを含有し、
前記外層部を構成する誘電体セラミックの平均粒径が前記内層部を構成する誘電体セラミックの平均粒径より小さく、
前記内部電極と前記誘電体セラミック層の界面近傍における誘電体セラミック中のSi/Mnモル比が、Si/Mnモル比≦15の範囲にある、積層セラミックコンデンサ。
