Claims (1)
- 略直方体形状のセラミック積層体と、該セラミック積層体中に誘電体セラミックスを介して対向しかつ交互に異なる端面へ引出されるように形成された内部電極と、前記セラミック積層体の両端面に形成され、該端面に引き出された前記内部電極のそれぞれに電気的に接続された外部電極と、を有する積層セラミックコンデンサにおいて、
前記内部電極はCuまたはCu合金で構成されており、
前記誘電体セラミックスは断面で見たときの径の平均値が400nm以下のグレインと粒界とで構成された、BaTiO3を主体とするペロブスカイト型誘電体材料の焼結体であり、
前記グレインはドメインパターンを有する誘電体と該誘電体の表面に形成された殻とで構成されており、
断面で見たときの前記グレインの径の平均値をD、前記殻の厚さの平均値をtとしたとき、t/Dが2%〜10%であり、
前記内部電極に挟まれた前記誘電体セラミックス中にCuが拡散して分布していることを特徴とする積層セラミックコンデンサ。
