Description
タイヤはステーション68で回転装置70上に停止され、タイヤの内径方向へ降下する。次いで回転装置70は拡張されてタイヤを掴み、次いでタイヤを持ち上げ回転し、その後降下してタイヤをコンベヤ上に戻す。回転装置はその後縮小され、タイヤを回転させる状態から自由にする。

Claims (8)
- 空気入りタイヤに刻印するシステムであって、
1個の制御ユニットと、
第1ステーションと、
該第1ステーションに配置され、前記タイヤの位置を読取り、この位置信号を基準位置として前記制御ユニットに送る第1読取り機と、
第2ステーションと、
該第2ステーションにおいてタイヤの所定位置に、標示を印加するためのレーザー刻印装置と、
該レーザー刻印装置でタイヤの所定位置への刻印を行うために、第1読取り機で最初に読取った基準位置に基いて、前記レーザー刻印装置とタイヤとの位置を整合させる位置決め機構とを備え、
前記第1読取り機は、タイヤ表面の刻印又はバーコード標示片の位置、並びにタイヤの外径、内径、高さ及び側面のプロファイルを読取るカメラ及びレーザーを有し、
前記第1ステーションは、タイヤサイドウォール面のプロファィル及びタイヤの寸法、位置データを決定する位置制御システムを備える、
タイヤ刻印システム。 - レーザー刻印のための前記位置決め機構は、X,Y,Z座標軸に沿って移動可能である、請求項1に記載のタイヤ刻印システム。
- 前記第1読取り機は、タイヤの内方及び外方のサイドウォール面に含まれる信号情報を読取るようにした、請求項1に記載のタイヤ刻印システム。
- 空気入りタイヤに刻印する方法であって、
イ)第1ステーションでタイヤ表面の刻印又はバーコード標示片の位置、並びにタイヤの外径、内径、高さ及び側面のプロファイルを含む情報を読取り、該情報を制御ユニットに伝達し、
ロ)該タイヤを第2ステーションに移動させ、
ハ)該第2ステーションにおいてレーザー刻印装置を配置し、
ニ)前記第1ステーションで読取った情報に基いて、前記レーザー刻印装置とタイヤの位置を整合させ、
ホ)前記第2ステーションにおいて、タイヤ面上に付加的な信号情報をレーザー刻印させる
工程を含む、タイヤの刻印方法。 - 前記工程ニ)は、レーザー刻印装置の位置に対応して、タイヤを回転させる工程を含む、請求項4に記載のタイヤの刻印方法。
- 前記工程ホ)においてタイヤ面上にレーザー刻印をするために、前記工程ニ)において、レーザー刻印装置を、X,Y,Z座標軸に沿って移動させるようにした、請求項4に記載のタイヤの刻印方法。
- 前記工程ホ)は、前記第2ステーションにおいてタイヤ面上に機械的読取り可能なコード情報を刻印するようにした、請求項4に記載のタイヤの刻印方法。
- 前記工程ホ)は、前記第2ステーションにおいてタイヤ面上に機械的読取り可能な2Dシンボルを刻印するようにした、請求項4に記載のタイヤの刻印方法。
